Ok so first off let me start by saying I'm very disappointed because I took someone here because I like the food and the one time I decided to do this customer service was horrible the young lady was unprofessional she was all over the place and apparently so distracted that she messed up his order he asked for a Philly and five wings and fries the fries were soggy and not hot and they gave him some kind of fish sandwich and he is just now sitting down to eat his food and that's what he got and we are all the way in Reisterstown too far to make it back to them before they close and spent almost $40 for two platters and this is the poor customer service we get I will not ever take anyone there ever again read more

I've been coming to America's best long before I was a yelper. Great food, especially for wingette enthusiasts. I'd say they really do have the best. Now that I am on a keto diet, I love their wings even more because I can have the flavored, non breaded ones . I honestly don't know how anything else here tastes except for the wings and the fries, but if the other food items taste as good as the wings, you won't be dissapointed. The wings were very, very very, very salty and cooked way too hard. Like, dehydrated, both me and the wings. I love this place when I'm in the mood for being bad and eating like a pig. This spot makes the best wings in the area. The Honey Garlic wings are my favorite, along with the Honey BBQ flavor. Occasionally Ill grab a Chicken Cheese steak meal with fries and the ultra sweet half/half (Iced tea and lemonade). I've overheard a great deal of customers placing their orders and requesting their wings are fried super hard. The store seems to make all of its wings hard due to the high demand. Unless you like hard fried wings I would request that they be cooked regular. read more

I decided to order after I got my hair braided (it was late). I ordered the fried catfish wrap and old bay wings and was thoroughly disappointed. I took one bite out of my wrap and threw it away! Soggy and no flavor! My husband tasted two wings and decided he didn't like them. Not to mention, I called my order in and was told 15/20 minutes and it took over 30 minutes! I have visited this location several times since the last review I gave. They actually are under different management since then and for the most part the food is very good. The burgers are excellent a good juicy burger like homemade. The wings are good I have even ordered them for out of town guest and they request it now when visiting. Last two weeks I think they changed their tea recipe and it's not the best but I must say the young man in front named Angel is the best, always friendly and very nice displaying excellent customer service. read more

This is strictly a carry out location so don't expect to dine in. I remember that it used to be OK but it has really gone down hill. The lot is busy and hectic. There are a lot of businesses they share it with so parking is not easy. In the waiting area they have a few run down chairs that are ripped so badly they should be thrown out. It looks dirty and smell awful. I called my order in ahead of time and it wasn't ready when I arrived to pick it up. The customer service is not the greatest and the girl at the counter acted as if she didn't want to be there. It was give me your money and go kinda feel. They will charge you extra if you want any additional sauces for dipping your wings. The wings were average deep fried wings and not worth the hassle of going there to get them. I probably wont be back here anytime soon. read more

Whatever order you place, they will automatically have your name and address to wherever you get your food delivered at in their database. These guys are awesome and and very professional, I've never had any problems with my orders and the professionalism is out of this word. I will always be a loyal customer. read more

I won't be eating here again. Wings did not taste fresh, were over-cooked and all around just were not particularly tasty.

Was already uneasy about this place as I walked in and it smelled like dirty mop water. I then experienced rude employees and an unreasonable minimum for accepting check cards. So yeah, at this point 3 strikes tell me to not even risk eating here. read more

This is just a warning to future customers not all America's best chains are this way this is my first time ever experiencing such thing, but I'll never be able to purchase from them again because of this. My food appeared to be fine I had a chicken cheesesteak sub combo & 10 old bay wings all flat when I got home to eat there were some pieces that look like they had been bitten and then put back so like I said this is a warning to those who want to eat at America's Best my first time experiencing this please just flip your food around and make sure that everything is what it supposed to be because I would've never expected in 1 million years that someone would bite my food and then put it back I can only imagine anything else that goes on. Who knows what else was done to my food or could have been done to my food. I don't plan on reaching out to a manager because who's to say the culprit will be caught. Under no circumstance will I spend there ever again so please please please please Pay close attention to your food, nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Take out place. Needs some work- waiting chairs ripped and needs a good clean up. Better know what you want in advance as I called to ask a couple questions and the guy was not really very willing to answer much. No take out menus to go once I got there. Wings were good. Its a small clean location but this America's Best Wings is the bomb! My favorite is the Honey Garlic Pepper Wings. They are cooked to perfection with the french fries. Staff is friendly and repeats your order to make sure its correct. read more

I love the wings but not at this location. The customer service I received was unacceptable. Today, my daughter went to America's Best Wings in Liberty Shopping Center on Liberty Road (which is independently owned), where the male cashier threatened to call the police on her because THEY messed up her order, to which she respectfully requested a refund (I was on the phone and heard everything!!!!). He was really rude to her! He wrote down the order wrong and when she questioned it, he said he couldn't add on to the same order. So, she told him she'll pay for the additional food and he said she couldn't pay with her card which was all she had because the total was under $5. She then asked for a refund and he said he's calling security. Please Note: If you are not willing to allow this behavior to continue, please DO NOT buy from THIS particular location. The yellow walls are dirty, it's nowhere to sit and on top of that, the ignorance that comes from the person that answers the phone is incredible. Let's keep in mind there's another America's Best right up the street-instead of this fool answering the phone with an introduction and location (because it's an issue), he takes the order and then demands you to give him his location! I was done with them when he said it was an extra charge for vegetables instead of fries. So a 10 piece boneless combo came up to $14 because I wanted veggies instead of fries. I went to America's Best wings yesterday to order a five piece wing and it came out to be five dollars. I asked the man behind the counter how long it would take and he told me 10 minutes. I go sit in my car. I come back about 15 minutes later to get my food and they can't find my order. They ask me for my ticket..I produce it. The man behind the counter then proceeds to tell me he already gave my order to an older lady who was with me. Mind you I'm by myself grocery shopping. He continues to accuse me of having someone come in and pick up my order. I give him my card to verify that I purchased the order. He continued to accuse me of trying to steal from them. He says he'll check the camera and I say sure why not! He then yells at me to get out the store!!! I refuse to leave without my food or my refund! He finally gives me my food with a smart comment!
