Best bed ever for sleeping..I layed down to rest and fell out. The room was clean and quite area

Where to even begin. I knew when I pulled into the parking lot I made a mistake booking here. I didn't have an alternative place to stay at, though, so I went ahead and checked in. Upon check in I was told the pipes had burst on the side of the hotel with non-smoking rooms but they could offer me a smoking room with a king size bed. I said only if you give me a discount which they did ($20 off ) Parking was limited because of construction/repairs. When I got in the room it was so gross. The table had clearly not been cleaned and I found hair on the bed and in the sheets. The room obviously smelled terrible too. I had to call them up to change the sheets and still found hairs in the new sheets they put on. The toilet didn't work so they had to come up and fix that too. The towels were nasty. I wound up wearing my flip flops in the shower because I didn't want to be barefoot. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone else stay here. Avoid it like the plague. read more

Dogs are allowed which is a plus. Restaurants and walmart close by. All you get are 2 very thin towels. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great. Shower got hot enough I guess. Could have been cleaner read more

It's America's Best Value Inn - you get what you pay for. One super annoying policy (and they have plenty of others) this place has is that they will charge you for "extra" people. I booked a double room, which comes with two double beds (ideally sleeping four). They charge for any occupants past 2! This is seriously unreasonable... Why offer two double beds if you're not going to let customers house four? At best, this is just another way budget hotels trick their customers for a little extra cash, and it just encourages people to lie about their number of occupants. There are PLENTY of budget inns out there that don't have this policy. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE PER ROOM. Oh yea. There's a pool. Don't swim in it. It's tiny and not well kept. read more

DO NOT check-in before 2pm or they will charge you extra for it. They did, however, refund the extra fee when we went back after the birthday party we attended because we had never actually received the keys. They did allow accommodations for a family member we brought at last minute who had recently received an amputation & we felt we could not leave him alone at home since he was recently released from rehab. However, beware of an extra fee that wld have been incurred for a 3rd person in the room. Because of this I was separated from my family for the night. They had no other issues at the hotel & had clean rooms, but my husband did overhear them quote a walk-in a charge of over $200 for a room that showed to be less than $100 on their website. Room was dirty trash was left on the floor along with what looked like cereal and the restroom was not cleaned. Stains on the wall. For $63 and an additional $40 because we booked online at Expedia.com total of $103 I expected a lot more then this mess whole. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked this room for two nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. I called down to the front desk to ask if I could grab some extra pillows. The room had two queen beds and only two very thin pillows per bed. The lady on the line accused me of having extra people in the room and assured me that I had plenty of pillows already. I'm not really sure who she is to tell me how many pillows is enough. Also, the condescending attitude was unnecessary. She stated that she could only give me one pillow because she thought I had enough. It's just pillows, really lady? The water went cold in the shower after ten minutes and my wash rags had brown stains on them. Zero stars. read more

We came in town for a wedding during a weekend with two music festivals and a car race. All the hotels were full and so were they. We never were bothered or heard any of the other guests and the staff was extremely helpful. I highly recommended this place. read more

I spent the night on October 5, 2018. Room was very clean. Help was friendly. My favorite tv channel did not have sound. Mr Patel went above and beyond the call of duty to correct the issue. In the end he immediately replaced the TV. I am completely happy with this motel. I recommend. read more

This motel charged my debit card with information stolen from booking.com. I did not book the room and I did not stay in the room. They are unwilling to correct the error. Pretty sad that they are so hard up for money that they would steal money from a loyal user of booking.com. read more

Ended up staying here for 3 days due to my truck being broke down. The room was $96.00 a night after taxes. It is rated as a 2 star hotel dang you can stay at the Ramada or Hilton for those prices. Ok first off the manager or owner thinks that when u stay there u are his bitch. The second day there I was standing outside my door talking with the guy next door when the manager came around the corner an stated we had to go back in our rooms or he would kick us out because we were disturbing other people. Which was a lie he did not come from the office he was just walking around. I also sat on my bed with the door open an when he walked around he informed me I needed to close my door. All he does is walk the property an harrass the people who stay there. They also charge u $60 security deposit in case u steal their stained towels I guess. When I checked out they actually checked my room an when they came back informed me that I was my responsibility to take my pizza.box to the dumpster but they would give me my money back an waive that because I was retired military. Really. On their check in an check out sheet on the desk it states you must leave your room neat an orderly. Will never stay here again. An the manager looks at everyone as a criminal an thief. The manager is loony. They have rules about being in your room by 10pm. They will threaten to call the cops if you walk to your vehicle without a shirt on (male). We had a 4 day stay that cost almost 500$ and housekeeping only gave us towels each day. The worst motel experience I have ever had! They kept my room deposit because housekeeping didn't clean the room daily. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL!!! read more

I've never left a negative review of a business but after arriving I noticed a giant clump of hair in the shower, I should've said something but I'm not one to make a big problem so I just decided to not use the shower and sleep on top of the bedding because I did not know if that was cleaned. I used an old blanket from my car which must've had some dog hair on it. Because of this they are claiming I brought a pet in and charged me $50. Although they have cameras they refuse to check them or work with me at all to clear the situation. The manager told me I'm "lucky" because I should've been charged for $200. So they can leave human hair but I can't leave dog hair? The manager also started raising their voice and exaggerated the amount of dog hair present, as that blanket only touched one of the beds top quilts which I thought they should be washing anyway. So it's either a scam or they don't typically wash bedding and charged extra to do that. Either way I will never use America's best value inns in any town read more

Wow, I don't know where to start with this review. I guess I've never had a WASHER AND DRYER in my motel room before. The toilet paper was only one step up from sand paper, there was moldy caulking in the shower. The whole place reeked of a thousand sweaty, stinky feet. The ONLY thing this room had going for it was the A/C (no rattling like our room at Winstar hotel that kept me up all night) and the big HD television hanging on the wall. If this room had been $50 I guess it would have been a "Best Value" but for $100 (with tax and a $10 dog fee)?? NO WAY. If we didn't have our dog with us we would have checked out in a hurry and checked into a nice hotel down the highway. read more

Terrible. Noise complaint within moments of arriving. Cannot turn on the tv or hold a conversation without mr. manager calling and accusing us of having extra guests and threatening to toss us out. Im still not sure what exactly caused the complaint. Bonus, I always check the under the mattress for the boogeyman. No boogeyman, but a lot of garbage and nasty stuff underneath. Enjoy. Worst motel ever!!! My family and I stayed for one night because everything else's was booked and people Were coming to visit their family's for memorial day. The hotel staff in the front were rude as heck. Once we entered our room it smelled like cigaret and the smell of garbage. The pictures on their website will deceive you in reality the rooms look like a horror film movie. The pillows are hard and the sheets smelled like they haven't been washed and they look like they were bought at Good Will. The Bathroom has mold in the corners and the shower wasn't even clean. This was a crappy motel DO NOT STAY HERE! For $200 and for just one night?... I Don't think so! Holiday inn, Marriott, Hampton inn, etc. has better service than this and a hell of a lot cheaper to! read more

These pictures are very misleading. Pool is padlocked and dirty in late march when temps were in the 80's. If you need to ask any ?'s the management goes crazy & gets defensive, screams, & gets belligerent. A Loud honking truck stop is next door. Terrible place to stay, old,ugly, rude, management. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this dump. I left after 3o mins when manager went nuts after asking him to un-lock the pool they advertise on-line. I took a picture of pool and he yelled "who are you sending that picture to?" Told me he would refund my money and I could go across the street. YEA! My prayers were answered, packed and left as fast as I could. Hampton across the freeway was fabulous with a beautiful pool and fitness center & very professional. Austin Hotels were very full this past week-end due to track competitions, 1020 race & weddings. Never will I book a hotel on-line again, unless it is a major chain. If the hotels are sold out on-line in Austin I will keep driving until I find one in San Marcus. read more

The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Even being a budget priced hotel. We are on travel with 2 toddlers. The housekeeping didn't clean our room because the food on the floor, popcorn , dropped by tiny hands. (Thats why you vacuum)The front desk was absurd rude when we locked ourselves out and needed a new key. The battubs do not have plugs and I was told to use one of my 2 towels to plug the drain for the kids to bathe. Hotel room and parking lot COVERED in crickets both dead and alive from the infested plants they are having removed. The pool was filthy with hair and crickets. The new roll of TP in the room appeared to have been stored under brown water. Dead bugs under both beds. We gathered our trash when leaving and left it near the wastebasket to make it easy for the lazy housekeeper, and the rude front desk says the room was trashed. My husband woke up with 3 large bug bites. We left. Discussing service. Don't be fooled. The woman will call and give commands too as they have camera pointing to the room door a and desk. Fork out the additional 10 bucks and go to the Hampton inn. read more
