You hardly see brands like Columbia, Under Armour or others go on sale. Even when they have the annual tent sales during the Summer in August, hardly see things on sale that much. As for customer service, guess it depends on the days, because we have received mostly great to pretty bad and slow services on different days we have visited this store location in Fife, on occasion. We still shop for our fishing gear here as we like the selection and variety of items for different fishing seasons - Salmon, Steelhead and Trout.

Immediately I was told the backpacks might be "more than what I'm looking for," even though I hadn't said anything about my budget or what I needed. I'm hoping the intention wasn't stereotyping me, but the assumption made me feel a bit dismissed, and it changed the tone of the interaction. Im not calling anyone racist but I'm not sure if me being Latino or not your typical skier (appearance wise) gave them a quick assumption that this wasn't my place to be. They still offered me to walk in and browse but I was already turned off by the interaction. I ended up leaving because it felt awkward. I think the staff meant well, but it would help if they asked customers what they're looking for before making assumptions. It would make the experience more welcoming.
