This is the first time in 30 years that we've run out of water in our cistern which is adjacent to…read moreour house. The catchment water tank at the bottom of our property is totally full but the pump to bring the water uphill to the cistern wasn't working so we ran dry. We're still on a waitlist to get water hauled in by truck; which is VERY very expensive. I found Pacific Blue Catchment on a Google online search; I called and left a voice message explaining the problem. They called back almost immediately and came over within less than an hour! Cory was here for at least 2 hours and could not have been nicer or more helpful. Just such a really nice person and totally genuine. I was dumbfounded; this is the best service I've ever experienced by any company in all my years here on the island. The problem is a multi-faceted one and until we know if we even have electricity working down by the tank, nothing can be fixed. Cory sourced the best Electrician to do this kind of job for us and we hope to meet with him very soon. It's not going to be an easy fix but I have complete and full confidence in Cory to work with us to fix this major problem. Although there could be some other folks who could possibly troubleshoot your problem I personally would not choose anyone other than this company. I am that impressed. Drank some store bought water the other day. I could taste the plastic. hate to admit it but it was definitely worth the wait. as far as cost goes to me drinking the best tasting and safest water on the planet is more than worth it !
