Then I told her that the bigger two washers were not spinning between cycles and not really agitating either and she walked away from from me saying the owner was around. So I called the owner and this guy showed up. Not the owner, posing as the"owner " I told him and he said of course there is less time they're smaller washers. Apparently he couldn't comprehend that I was talking about two identical washers. Then he accused me of overloading the washers that weren't spinning. I have worked in a commercial laundry twice. I Know that it is impossible to fill up a washer so much that it doesn't spin between cycles or agitate. Then he told me that it is my fault if my clothes weren't clean. This is after the $1 increase per washer load, no matter what size washer! By the way the dryer time and temps have been adjusted too. I made the comment that the washers are 30 years old and he said how would you know were you here 30 years ago and I said yes. My advice pray the mancelona laundry opens up sooner than later!

WORST HOURS EVER!!?? 10:30-2:30 then 4:30-5:30 WTF?…read more What business that actually cares about it's customers has hours like this? Then a disgusting & grungy service center(feels like a cattle chute) with rude employees when they are actually open. UPS treats you like they're doing you a favor taking your packages instead of realizing the would not exist without US IT'S CUSTOMERS. Fedex or hell even the post office are 100 times better in every way including shipping costs in my experience. I had no choice since I had a pre-paid Amazon label. If my item had not fit in the tiny overstuffed drop off box I would've had to drive many miles to another. If my package had been larger I'd have been just plain screwed since it had to be shipped that day due to an expiring label. I was there at 3:30 pm on a Thursday a completely logical time for any other business to be open. I hope Amazon stops shipping with you and they're own shipping service severely hurts your business or even better shuts you down. Your complete disregard for your customers and the well documented disdain your company has shown for it's non management employees is a stain on the landscape of American business.
