We want to reschedule since our timeline changed. They now charging ANOTHER $100 dollar for cancellation fee that is nowhere to be found on their website. Be careful dealing with this company. I rescheduled my carpet cleaning with another company with a simple phone call and no deposit required. Staff was polite and knowledgeablw but it ends there. Had carpet installed and it wasn't Darrel or…read moreanyone we dealt with at the showroom. Whoever they sent or contracted didn't install properly at all. Carpet began buckling within 6 months. This wasn't a high traffic area and no kids and no shoes were in the carpet. Tried contacting several times via phone and email without response. after a year the carpet looks like it is 15 years old. finally chose to replace it all with vinyl and another company. didn't find out until we went to install it that the carpet put on our hardwood stairs were nailed into with about a hundred staples in each of the stair backs, sides and tread part. Ruining the hardwood stairs as they drove huge amounts of staples into the tread parts of all the stairs. We had NO idea they had done this at the time and they removed the original carpet so they saw how it was previously installed so they KNEW better than to damage wood flooring with hundreds of large staples! Never again! Not happy to find this was done and that when we tried to get a response with the carpet they ignored our contacting them. they never came out to see the work when it was done to check up n who they sent if they would have seen the carpet alone wasn't done right!

Better to have more than not enough. After the project was done, I brought several packages back to Garcia Tile, very heavy packages, the guy looks at me like I was a ghost, all the salesman friendliness and warmth gone. Then he says several times, "We told you there was a 30-day return policy." As in, our ass is covered, we're not going to lose any profit on this deal. He sure didn't say it several times when we bought the tile, maybe he said it once to my wife. If I had heard that, the return deadline would have immediately gone on my Google calendar, maybe I would have even delayed the purchase. So now I'm stuck with several very heavy bundles of tile worth several hundred dollars that I have no use for. Thanks for nothing, Garcia Tile.
