We recently had the Anlan Del Mar windows installed by American Vision Windows. I kept hearing that these windows would cut down the outside noise, but I was a bit skeptical on how much they would actually reduce the noise. We live next door to neighbors that raise roosters and we could hear them all day and night. After the installation of the windows, the only time we hear them is when we step outside. So for the noise reduction alone, they were worth the price of admission. It will be about a year or so before we know if it actually cuts down on our heating and cooling cost, but I can tell already that the windows have cut down on the drafts. Rigo and his crew did a great job with the install. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were very respectful of our home by laying out tarps everywhere they were working and cleaned up after themselves. They wore masks during the entire installation process. They helped move some of the heavier furniture and returned it to its proper place when they completed the install. We waited a bit longer than we had anticipated for the windows due to shortages of materials. Overall the entire process from meeting with Doug, the sales rep, thru the entire installation and working with American Vision Windows was a very positive experience. read more

Updated Review: The Vice President reached out to me personally to resolve the situation. And no, I'm not talking about Vice President Kamala Harris--her laugh would only worsen the experience! VP Chris Perez showed respect, honesty, humility, and understanding throughout our conversation. In about one phone call, Chris was able to resolve the issue while keeping the customer happy. It felt like I was talking to the President of the United States himself, and once again, I'm not talking about "Pedo Joe"--I'm talking about the newly elected president, Donald J. Trump . He provided multiple solutions to fix the issue. I'm now very happy with the outcome and appreciate the sincere efforts of VP Perez. My case turned out to be a rare exception, and I can see that American Vision Windows truly cares about their customers. I would recommend American Vision Windows to anyone that wants to replace their windows. I did research before buying windows since it's such a large investment but they're the best by far.They have a lifetime warranty on their windows which is great! I ordered the wrong screens for my patio doors and they replaced them for me at no cost. You might be able to get windows cheaper at other window companies, but you know the old saying, you get what you pay for. Doug Brown is the sell person that came to my home. He went over everything really thoroughly for me, he is great! There installers know what they are doing, they are also great! I have OCD, so I expect things to be done to right. We first met Doug when he gave a window quote to Jackie's sister for another home and we enjoyed the way he came across to us.
