So glad I found this local place. We've been remodeling our home and we're about to drive out of town to purchase baseboards. A friend recommended I check here, I would have never thought to look here for baseboards/molding but so glad we did. I arrived at the showroom and all their samples are on a display window so you can easily pick a style that you like. I picked a few and a friendly salesperson gave me quotes. A great value for what you get, I would've paid 50% more at a big box store. Most baseboards could be supplied within a day I came back the next day and was off and loaded within minutes. They have very experienced salespeople, great rates and products. I'd absolutely refer others here who are looking to update or upgrade their home. read more

I used Pacific Doors for the second time, and unfortunately, this experience was even worse than the first. I was already dreading walking into the showroom because the employees at the front clearly seem like they hate their jobs. They were rude, unprofessional, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Two weeks later, I picked up my door only to find that the deadbolt and door lock had been installed upside down. I also paid extra to have a door shoe installed, but they simply handed it to me instead of installing it. To make matters worse, the hinges didn't even line up with my existing door frame. What should have been a simple door replacement turned into a frustrating and time-consuming nightmare because of their poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company. read more

After we had changed all of our interior door hardware from polished brass, which had been outdated for some time, to venetian bronze, we decided to tackle the nine foot double entry doors. Knowing the extensive list of hardware needed I went to Pacific Door with photos and our desired finish and style. I was told the style I wanted was not available in venetian bronze but the matte black was very close and not noticeable. Since these guys were experts in the industry I took the sales rep for his word and had him work up the order, which was almost $1K. I was not trying to nickel and dime the process and was willing to pay extra for piece of mind of having it done right. I was provided with a list of preferred non affiliated contractors and selected Joe Z, based on a neighbors experience using him. I picked up the order once the special order hardware was received. The entire order was tightly wrapped in cellophane and labeled with my name, which was somewhat butchered but it was not a big deal. The night before the installer was scheduled to arrive I unwrapped all the pieces and layed them out near the entry doors in an attempt to make it easier for the installer. I immediately discovered the screws for the eight hinges were not included. After calling Pacific Door and learing the screws should have been included I rushed to the store to pick up the screws. Once the installer arrived and viewed the layed out hardware he immediately noticed the door sill was not included. Another call to the store deternimed they had overlooked including it in the order although I paid for it. Another trip to store to pick up the missing part so the installer could finish the job. Since the installer was waiting on the sill I grabbed and hustled back to my house without closely examining it. I do accept a portion of the blame for not noticing the deep scratch on the sill which showed the underlying silver metal. However, I was not about to make a third trip to the store that morning. I understand mistakes could happen and was willing to overlook the missing screws. However, after I had to make a second trip to store due to their lack of quality control I was disppointed in selecting them for my business. It is worth noting that they never apologized for their error and never offered to compensate me for my troubles and wasted gas, which was now at $6 a gallon. To make matters worse after the installation I discovered the handsets I selected were available in venetian bronze at the local big box hardware store. The fact the big box store sold the same items for considerably less did not factor into my poor rating. I was willing to pay for their expertise in making sure I had all the neccessary hardware. My suggestion is to unwrap the items before you leave the store and compare them to what you received and to what you had ordered and paid for. The one positive experience was the work done by Joe Z. He arrived on time and worked non-stop to install all the hardware and even corrected the misalligned doors due to the age and weight of them. Joe Z deserves 5 stars, but Pacific Door was a disappointment. read more

both the secretary and the sales rep were not friendly. on top of that, my door was delayed weeks past my eta date, this place is very frustrating to deal with. read more

Top notch all the way. My BIL has done business with PD for years on his construction jobs. My hubby replaced all the windows for our next door neighbor and purchased them from PD. (Black framed, they look really good on her house!). The hubby has bought more doors than windows over the years and has always been pleased with them. Yesterday we needed to figure out a window for a new addition on our house. We headed to PD after checking out the in stock windows at Lowe's and Home Depot. Only $140 at both stores, but they just looked CHEAP. They didn't have what we needed in stock at PD, but manufacturing time is just four weeks (1/2 the time we were told at another place). They know their stuff at PD and everyone was super nice. Check them out for windows, doors, barn doors and related hardware. Just west of Palm Ave, behind the dealerships that are north of Herndon. Closed from 12-1230 for lunch. read more

This is my second time using pacific doors and the same issue occurred. I took both closet doors and bedroom doors in so they could use the dimensions to make new doors. Experience 1 (bedroom doors) - we went back three times because the length of the doors were an INCH too short. The staff acted like it was no big deal. Experience 2 (closet doors) - I cannot stress enough that I took in the exact closet door with the dimensions that I needed. When my contractor came today to hang up the closet doors they were AGAIN too short. I'm not even going to bother going back. Super fun experience. read more

Bill (sales) and Sergio (install) were both professional and gave us great customer service. The door was ready before the time expected and fast in the installation. We are both very happy! read more

Just visited their store and not one of the employees was wearing a mask. They should follow the mask mandate in California so we can all be safe. I am over 65 and they absolutely did not even try to maintain 6 feet apart. Shame on them read more

Great people to deal with. I work with jay, John and Brandon on a regular bases. They are always on time and on point. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else read more

This place consistently has the worst customer service. I've tried to give them a second, third, and fourth chance but there's no winning. You walk in only to be ignored. You ask for something and the answer is "no" more than half the time. I truly wonder if they even know they get paid by selling product to people... read more

Awful! If I could leave zero stars I would. If you're not a contractor, don't bother with this business. I had to threaten to take my business elsewhere to get a returned call. Paid for my doors in full and never received a call when they came in. Then they gave me the wrong type of glass. Horrible communication and customer service. The worst I've ever dealt with in business. read more

Can't be bothered to have sales staff available, nor will available non-sales staff speak to customers. The blue collar guys here are pretty cool, but the office staff didn't want my money so f$&k 'em. read more

After reading some of the reviews in Yelp!, I was skeptical about going in. I was truly relieved when Monique greeted us and assisted us with every need and question we had. She was patient and extremely helpful. Door was ordered and should arrive in one day. They have so many different types of doors to choose from. I also went on Wednesday before lunchtime so timing may make a difference with customer service. I will certainly use them in the future! Thanks again, Monique! read more

My review is about Pacific Door's installer Sergio Gomez. Sergio is a wonderful asset to Pacific Door as he goes above and beyond. Sergio not only called me to tell me what hardware would work best in my old front door, but he worked very hard to install a néw hardware set in a very old door. Sergio took the time to call and tell me what would work best. Pacific Door not only has a great quality product, but they have a great employee in Sergio Gomez!!! My husband and I feel Pacific Door is a blessing and especially Sergio Gomez who is a talented installer. read more

Went in to get some quotes on doors. The whole front office staff was inattentive. I finally got someone to help me get some quotes on a door. I did not go back to make a purchase as I felt as they were all in a hurry to close shop and go home. Not customer oriented at all. Ended up buying my door at Home Depot instead. read more

I got the total opposite. Great customer service A+ and on time delivery. The trick is to know what you want. And when you do go see Brandon he is one of the sales reps. He's pretty knowledgable and on top of things. Don't hate a business that has been around for many years and has survived. A+ on all the above Thank you Pacific Doors for helping me out on all of our needs and wants. read more

I came in to get a door that matched the others in my house. Chris explained what I needed. I told him I was going to return the door I got from Home Depot then. When I ordered the door advised him I needed the Rh like I bought from Home Depot. However when I picked up the door it was opposite from the Rh door from Home Depot. Chris then advised me that their RH and LH is different from commercial and Home Depot. I was told it would be approximately $50 to fix that. I explained to Chris twice I had told him I was referring to a Home Depot door when I ordered and also what my handy man told me. His response was that handyman get that wrong all the time. If this was such a common problem why wasn't I advised since I am not a contractor and told him I was returning a Home Depot RH door. When I called to talk to a manager no one responded. Great door but now I am stuck fixing their problem and lack of communication read more

I have been renovating my house and I could not have done it so well without Jay Tolman at Pacific Door. Terrific customer service, beautiful product, and great prices. As good as it gets! read more

Customer service was horrible, Jim with the sales staff would not return phone calls. I called several times wanting to know about order and he would give me a date and he said he would call and never did. They tried to deliver product without even calling and blamed me for not being home. Where the half star rating when you need it? Unless your a home developer do not go here. I have been there a few times and so have friends of mine. Their customer service, timeliness, and professionalism is very lackluster. They just don't care about anyone who is just spending a couple thousand. They want the big fish only and it shows. Takes them close to a month to order something, another 2 weeks to deliver, and all the while never keeping the customer updated. Just terrible! read more

I love this place. Price is great, they were able to get my product in 24 hours. Great customer service.

I called Pacific Door to get an estimate for the doors in my house. Joe came out that very day. Great work. Fixed a couple locks for me, no charge, while he took the measurements. Very impressed. Said someone from the office would call me with the estimate. This was Friday. No call by the following Wednesday. I called Thursday. Said they would get back to me. No call. Called again a week later. They apologized, put someone on the phone. She said they couldn't find the paperwork but would look and get back to me. No one ever called back. read more

If there was a red star for "STAY AWAY" I would mark that. I had the worst experience of my entire master bedroom/bath remodel with this company. After multiple visits with my decorator and contractor to the showroom, which isn't much, to explain exactly what I wanted in both interior doors and exterior windows, the order did not get placed, although they had my money until the six week mark when I called to see if they were in. Then six weeks after that the windows arrived and every opening was ordered incorrectly. Every single part of the order was wrong! When my contractor, decorator and myself met with the owner he said he would make it right only to follow it up 2 days later with an email to me stating I will learn to like the windows he ordered. In the end, I had to go out and find another company to re-order my correct windows and install them. Luckily the other company was extremely professional, went over everything with me, visited the sight multiple times, and actually delivered the windows in the time frame expected. I made the mistake of not going to them originally. Never again. I will make the call to Reedley to use them in the future. This turned out to be the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. If you are doing a project big or small, you better go to another vendor because this one will not stand by his work or his word. read more

In my opinion this company SUCKS. They still owe me money for a back charge credit and have never paid me ! I was there three times and told untrue story each time. They dont do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it ! No integrity !! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Still fighting them over something I was told was being handled. May be time for serious action.
