TLDR: Hire this man…read more Found Ali on Yelp to install our kitchen cabinets after our first installer proved to be uninterested in helping find bespoke solutions to the challenges presented by our design. Ali responded very quickly on Yelp and provided what seemed like a good price. I realized that buying cabinets myself and hiring Ali to build and install them would cost several thousand less than the other installer was charging to do everything, and I'd have a better kitchen for it. Ali did a great job with our pre-fab cabinets, and he also built us a custom range hood and stained our floating oak shelves to match. He customized several of our cabinets to accommodate our needs, and always provided a fair price upfront for the additional work. He's been doing this a long time and his experience and knowledge were always helpful. It's clear that he enjoys the challenge of finding creative solutions, rather than dismissing them as "too custom." Everything turned out wonderful and we get a lot of compliments on the hood. Ali was the best contractor we worked with during our renovation. He spent a lot time in our home and was always friendly and professional. If I'm nitpicking, occasionally communication was hit or miss. But the same was true and worse for every single other contractor we worked with during the renovation, so this is just par for the course I guess. And it certainly wouldn't prevent me from hiring Ali again. He's a good person who cares about doing good work, and not only did he stick to his original quote (plus the extra work we'd added), he actually deducted small things that ultimately didn't need to be done which I would never have noticed or brought up. Definitely reach out to him and see if he can help you with your project. Thanks Ali!

We finally hired a real cabinet person to fix and he has pointed out one issue after another with the previous repair. An expert from another company had recommended a remnant granite slab as my top dimensions didn't warrant a full slab. Adrian helped me with this project from beginning to end, and I'm super happy with his guidance. Some key points: 1. He had me go to their warehouse in Thousand Oaks to hand pick a remnant granite slab. This is important because you don't really know how a slab will look unless you see it in person. Michelle was at the store, and she was very friendly and patient in showing me the different slabs. 2. He sent me a pic of where they were planning to cut, and I was able to ask him to move the template by about a foot to maximize the areas that I wanted to keep. 3. He worked with me with the pricing so that it was competitive with another quote from a lesser know company. This included demo, disconnecting and reconnecting bbq from a licensed plumber, and also the entire fabrication and install process. Gustavo and his partner did an excellent job with demo and installation. This all took two weeks which I was happy with. Of note, Luxiomer sells the countertops, but their sister company Renovva Stone Master is in charge of fabrication while iCal construction installs. They are under one owner, but technically three different companies.

Lines and reveals are tight, uniform, and proportional. Paint job is superior to many others! It has held up well in the last year year and a half. As with any custom build, there were some unique challenges, and we had a request for a minor change here and there as our design evolved. Casey was attentive and creative in helping us in the process. He was always available to verify measurements to make sure our other trades could put stuff in the appropriate place (plumbing lines, outlets, etc). We are now 1+ years into living with the new kitchen, and even though it is of fairly modest size, we feel it has every amenity one could wish for, and facilitates ease in workflow as if it were much larger than it is! Andrews Fine Cabinets made this all possible, and they were easy to work with. We report zero problems as of 1.5 yrs of use. Doors and drawers still square and smooth. Pulls and paint still look like new. Thank you! (Sorry for the delay in reviewing!)

Given the 2 years lapse in time is the best quality indicator and greatest testament to this truly wonderful cabinet company. First and foremost, the family and crew are professional and wonderful. The total experience from design to installation left nothing to be desired as they were proactive, timely, competent and clean. Every interaction showed why a family run business is better than an impersonal box store. They asked questions for clarification rather than assume this is what we wanted. They had a "can do attitude" verses one full of excuses. The contractural agreement and payment schedule was straightforward and painless. I certainly would use them if I had to do it all over again but there is no need. Like I said, 2 years have passed and all is still very good! We are positively very happy with our beautiful kitchen, mud room and hallway cabinets!

Olivier listened to our ideas, added his own design suggestions & came up with a design that transformed our Kitchen. We also had a bespoke cabinet made for a niche in our Family room that made good use of space, & again transformed that area. As we had to complete the demo & instal within an 8 week time frame, we went for US made cabinets, which were made & installed on time & of good quality, eg solid wood & dovetail joints. We also used A1 for flooring for the complete house, again this work was coordinated & carried out at the same time as the Kitchen renovation. He estimated it would take 4-6 weeks to complete, which was less than half the time of the other quotes we received. Guess what? He had them ready in 2 weeks.
