Lou traveled around, greeted the guests even on the beach with his golf cart making sure everyone was happy and didn't need anything. The young girl in the front office was also helpful. The clubhouse is nice and big and we were able to use it and cool off for games. I'm sure our Group will be back.

The scenery is beautiful and the park is located right on the river. Sunrise and sunsets here are amazing! Located in a canyon so the wind wasn't an issue. The river water is always flowing making it a great spot to post up on the grass and relax or have a picnic and people/boat watch. There is a fun 9 hole golf course located on the property. Behind the entrance road, there are sand dunes and great trails to explore on your dirt toys. If you want to be brave, bring some carrots and feed/pet the donkeys. Just don't leave your food out when you go to sleep! Everyone was extremely nice in the park (Including the staff!!!) Kyle told us all the good places to visit for night life and where to do our shopping in the city. Can't wait to go back. Very relaxing and great weather during Feb.

Of all the resorts we visit, this exceeds in every aspect! The staff and guests are so welcoming and friendly. The pools and clubhouse have a very "resort" vibe. Our particular room had a queen sized bed which was very comfortable, a decently sized bathroom with a separate sink, a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, toaster, sink, and dishes such as wine glasses and plates, and a living room area as well as a dining table. the room also had two nice tvs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. the hotel also has two pools, some games like billiards and bean bag toss, and hot coffee, iced tea, and water available in the lobby. there are also covered car ports for guests vehicles which is a nice plus. the air conditioner worked very well which was awesome as temperatures were in the triple digits throughout our whole trip so it was nice having a cool hotel room to get out of the heat in. the location is good, although it is not very walkable especially during the summer time as most things are about a half hour walk away. however, in terms of driving everything is very close by. ubers/lyfts are also quite affordable in Lake Havasu which makes for another good option for transportation. a downside would be that some of the electrical outlets, specifically by the bed were not working. also, we were not able to get cold water out of the faucets or shower at any point during the trip. after kayaking for a couple of hours i would have found a cool shower quite refreshing so it was a bit of a shame that that wasn't possible but also is understandable as many places struggle with cold water during the summertime in arizona. all in all, I would recommend this hotel as it was overall a fair price and nice place to stay with only very minor issues.

Very dog friendly and lots of places to walk your dog. They also have an excellent dog house to wash your dog and washing machine for those items covered in dog hair. If your into ATV/UTV riding, there is no place in Arizona better, hundreds of miles to ride and group rides leave the park every week and new comers are always welcome. There is a club house with lots of books and DVD's to share, in addition up to now they have a Saturday morning breakfast for a minimum cost at the club house. The cost to stay at this park is very reasonable, whether your stay is for one night or the winter. Give'em a try, we highly recommend them.
