DO NOT GO THERE.
Not even a star.
Went for a pedicure and manicure/ shellac, before my holidays.
Shellac didn't even last 2 weeks, started peeling off.
Pedicure, I was cut on my right heel, was told it was just a skin cut and they applied antiseptic, plastered such had to be changed whilst I was trying my toes.
I could not see the cut as the antiseptic got it
dark.I was offered £10 discount.
Day after I travelled, foot quite sore and I changed the plaster but could not see extension of cut as skin was black, I assumed from antiseptic.
2 days after and on holiday already could not put foot on floor properly.and some liquid coming off. went to a chemist overseas and was assisted by a qualified pharmacist who was in shock to see my foot a bit - not just skin had been taken and was infecting. They asked what was applied and most certainly was not the right first aid/ antiseptic.
I was given antiseptic, anti inflammatory and sterilized plasters.
I had my holiday ruined because of them.
3 weeks passed I can't still put my foot on the floor properly.
Last week on my return I went there told them what happened asked to see antiseptic and Insurance policy. I was shown the antiseptic which they use the wrong one. It's meant to be used only for minor skin cuts. They are not first aid qualified , none of them.
When asked about Insurance I was told that the guy who did it was on holiday returning this week, if I could go back as he is responsible.
Went there today and a different story. I should have gone to the doctor and tell them, helloo; I was overseas.
You told me it was a skin cut and I believed it but, obviously you knew it wasn't.
and I was offered money; you did a discount of £10 for a cut.
Moral of story: They are careless, negligent, rude, uninsured and use bad products. Not even shellac is fine properly.
