I am very dissatisfied with their sales. Big signs 50% off entire store including I understood additional 50% of already marked down clearance items. I was told by csa when entering store everything is 50% off. I asked her including on sale items and was told yes. Then I get to the register and clearly bait and switch. Oh these items are already less then 50% off. I also entered the store too early for clerks ( although after opening) to hear one clerk tell another to take these items to the back as they cannot be out front for that sale. I probably made my very last purchase there today.

You can find a full selection of bags, shoes, jewelry and even some clothing and accessories. It could be the layout, but this store seems to have a much larger selection than other stores in the North Georgia area. Of all the stores at the outlet, this one has the most consistent customer service experience and that sets them apart in the best way possible.

I had received an email coupon from DSW so I checked out their shoes online. When I found a couple…read moreof styles that I liked, I decided to go into the store to see if I could try the shoes on. When I arrived, I realized that all of the shoes online are not necessarily carried within the store. They did have one of the shoes I had selected. I was able to try it on and walk around the store. The shoes were very comfortable, and they had many sizes between 9 and 12 in stock. However, they did not appear to have many wide shoes in stock. So, I will ultimately make my purchase online, but it was nice to go into the store and try on one of my selections. All of the staff who interacted with me were friendly and courteous. I'll definitely consider returning if I need to try on a pair of shoes, but I'll probably continue to make my purchases online. UPDATE: I went home that night and tried to order my shoes online. The email coupon would not work. It said that the coupon had expired which was not the case. I then started a chat session on their website. I found out that the coupon would not work with the shoes that I was purchasing. Apparently, almost every brand they carry is excluded from the coupons that they email their customers (see below). I don't think that I'll be making another purchase at DSW anytime soon. Fine print at the bottom of the coupon: Additional details: Excludes Birkenstock, Brooks, Crocs, Dr. Martens, Gucci, Hey Dude, HUNTER, Koolaburra by UGG, Michael Michael Kors, Minnetonka, Nike, ON, OOFOS, Rainbow, See by Chloe, Sorel, Stuart Weitzman, Tory Burch, UGG, and Vionic products, plus select adidas, Cole Haan, Columbia, Converse, Keen, Lauren Ralph Lauren, Merrell, Salomon, Skechers, Sperry, Steve Madden, Teva, and Timberland styles.

There's actually a bed that sits in front of the store and serves as the unofficial mascot. I would describe the clothing as lounge wear meets street wear. They basically take the idea of the Pajamas and turn it into everyday wear. From the relax fit to the ultra soft material that their clothes are made of the company takes that hanging out with your friends type of moment and captures it into a life style. The ladies that work here are fantastic and despite the store being semi-busy that didn't keep them from acknowledging each and every customer that entered the store. I was in the store about 3 minutes when I was approached by a lovely sales associate that identified herself by name(Robbyn) shook my hand and offered to show me some of the store's most popular item. While I didn't buy anything I wouldn't mind coming back again and bringing a friend's daughter who would love everything in the store... 1009th review 12/16/2017

Chico's is one of my three go-to places when I feel the need for some retail therapy of the clothing kind. As a women's retailer, they carry casual clothing and accessories in-store with a small selection of dressier items - for a larger selection of all their stock, visit their website. Generally speaking, the price points at Chico's are pretty high but they always have a Sale section in the store and you can pick up some real bargains browsing through those racks (blazers for $19!). I normally only shop the sale section but recently decided I needed a few new items for summer and purchased a pair of denim shorts (flattering and comfortable) at full price. Based on the number of times I've already worn them, they're worth the cost. The accessories at Chico's are very trendy, and expensive - chunky rings, necklaces - so I don't often make accessory purchases here, but I have found an occasional fun piece on clearance for less than $20. The Northpoint location is my usual store and I've found the associates to be pleasant and helpful without hovering. They know the inventory and are quick to offer assistance in locating an item in other stores for customers. This store is located along Northpoint Parkway, well away from the mall and associated traffic snarl that it generates. Chico's is near the south end of this strip center with ample parking and easy in/out access at two stop lights. I'm a regular Chico's customer and I give them two thumbs up.
