A friendly and courteous crew came and cleaned our front windows but did not complete their service forgetting to do the rear windows. The company was called and we were told a new crew would arrive the next day to remedy the situation--no one showed. * Revised, somewhat: The company did, eventually, call us back and said it was unexplainable why the crew did not show. Regardless, they would set things right. They came the other day, while we were away, and finished their work, but to be honest there's literally no way to confirm this other than me looking at the windows and not seeing much of a difference. I scheduled a professional window cleaning for the first time ever. I expected to see my windows shine from the road. But the girls that showed up did not clean them from the outside with a hose, soap, or tools. From the inside, she brought a can of window spray I could get myself at any store and wiped them. Sills, or around the window were left dirty. She did clean my glass storm door which I wasn't aware was included, but when she used her knuckle to knock on it for me to let her in, she left a smudge from cleaner/sweat and left it there. My back kitchen window still had smudges on it that I did not notice until they were gone. And I think a small backside window was not even done. Don't waste your money. My husband had to climb a ladder and redo the entire gutter system the next week. All this crew did was vacuum the lower gutters. They left the gate open and a mess for me to clean up on my deck. There's a reason they are so cheap. read more

Terrible! I told the person I scheduled with I would not be home the day gutter cleaning was scheduled! They said they would invoice me which they did not do! An extremely rude associate text me asking for payment which I immediately responded to and let them know I would pay after the Friday after the 4th as for it was a holiday which I paid! I then text the associate back asking why the amount taken from my bank was $20 higher than my invoice to which they started sending nasty and harassing texts saying that I must need the money really badly and asking how old I was! I had my gutters cleaned and they clean the down spouts no problem but not the gutters . Once I called by the owner Diane she was extremely rude and she loved to talk over you. She told me she didnt have time to talk with me after she ask me about 5 questions and wouldnt let me talk. They also dont have professional equipment to open up your gutters. They just bang on them with theirs hands until it comes loose from the downspouts. The one star is only for the guy who came out. He was great just didnt like the method he used. read more

Word of Warning...I do not recommend American Superclean for window cleaning or any other service that they may provide. I called them based on a recommendation from someone on this website. Since then, the service they claimed they provided was the worst I have ever experienced. I since have briefly dealt with Dyanna - don't know if she's the owner- but she is nasty, rude, threatening and sending me to collections for not paying her. I have attached photos of what they did. You can see the smears...not cleaning. A guy showed up with a rag and spray bottle. He climbed through the window to attempt to clean the outside. He never removed the screens. At least half of my windows weren't even touched. He then had the nerve to say "you know, you can tip me." Their website says "Home Advisor Screened and Approved". I talked to Home Advisor - they are not part of their recommended service providers. So advertising on their website that they are part of Home Advisor appears to be fraud and is probably illegal. Since dealing with them - they are threatening to put a lien on my home for the service that I did not pay them which is in the pictures. Again, nasty, vindictive, threatening and bullying. I have contacted the BBB - fair warning - I do would not use them. Oh and they're website says 30 day guarantee, no attempt has been made to rectify the problem. They are not guaranteeing the work but will yell and hang up on you when you dispute their work. read more
