If I were reviewing individual people I would give Aizhan and Aubrielle 5 Stars…read more They both know how to treat someone with kindness, I felt very safe with them, especially Aizhan. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is that every time it is not one of these two, I always end up with arm bruising or some other unpleasant experience. Today I drove 30 miles to donate and I was deferred due to very minor bruising, caused by the previous person who helped me when Aizhan and Aubrielle were not there. They seem to have a lot of people with a low level of experience working there and they allow them to essentially practice inserting needles on you. Aubrielle and Aizhan both know exactly how to touch, treat and assess people for issues prior to even getting started. I am mentioning them because they made it worth my time. I always waited for them. First Aubrielle, then when I got to know Aizhan I even preferred her. Thank you to those two only!
