He works very efficiently & is going to help you get your certificate in a span of 2-3 hours & quite literally emails you the certificate after the test you take at the end of the class. He goes over the course as a whole and makes it impossible for you to fail the test. He also has a custom t-shirt shop in the same establishment and there was some work I recognized, 10/10 stars if I could give them. His shop is very clean and he practices good hygiene during courses with hand sanitizer and spray bottles of alcohol to clean supplies.

Bait and switch scam -- owner lied to me to try to get me to pay more money…read more I signed up for this course a year ago. Due to personal tragedy, I was unable to complete the course at the time. I emailed them a few weeks ago and they said I could reschedule for a reschedule fee of $150. A but steep, that's half the cost of the class, but awesome! It's been a year so I appreciated that. I paid the fee and did the class. As I waited to collect my card, the owner told me I owed $180. He said because it's been a year I had to pay full price, despite what he said in his email reply to me. I explained that I'd have understood if he'd originally told me it's been too long and the course couldn't be rescheduled, but that he should honor what he said in his email since he only brought up the extra charge right after I finished the course. He got defensive, said he's the boss, and he makes the rules. He got $330 for free from me a year ago, $150 now, and that apparently wasn't enough for him. His rules are apparently to go back on his word and pressure you to pay more money after wasting a bunch of your time. He started yelling so I left. That was an incredibly scummy thing to do to someone. Don't go here.

She took time to hear my story and the story of my daughter's abuse at the hands of her perpetrator As well as my story. This agency, as far as I'm concerned is the only one in the county that is knowledgeable with anything trauma and victim related As well as taking the time to call people back and to provide resources and phone numbers to call. They are truly on your side here, unlike other agencies, such as Sane Sart, Trauma recovery center and DA advocates which I would altogether avoid because they're useless.

It was as if the business model was how they could do the least amount of work as possible and get people's money. I feel bad for anyone who is trying to get CPR certified for the first time and are left misguided that they are prepared after taking this joke of a class. 100% online prereq then not even an in person instructor? The "instructor" is through a screen in a warm windowless room with a couple mannequins and equipment. The AED not giving audible instructions for rhythm checks?!The skills are all "check the box" and onto the next. Thats not teaching people to be proficient, that's a scam. Again it's great and easy if you're an already experienced EMT or Medic and just need a quick recert. A 4 year old could seriously pass this "class." But to anyone looking to get their moneys worth and value out of this class look elsewhere. I was embarrassed to be there and as someone who has done CPR in the real world many times I'm offended they don't treat it more seriously. Lastly, I took the class with a father who was sincerely trying to learn so he could help his kid if God forbid something happened.
