That day I immediately went on Yelp's "Request A Quote" to get ahead of the rush of people looking for roof contractors. Four people got back to me, including Roberts Roof Repair. Jason Roberts was the only one who immediately booked an assessment for the following day. Jason came out, checked my roof, tarped and patched all the spots with missing shingles, took a tons of photos for my insurance co., and with his 30 years of roof experience told me, "you're definitely going to need an entire roof." Welp, he was right and when my insurance came out and assessed everything, they agreed. Sadly, my insurance company dragged their feet for about two weeks until finally sending me the money for the roof. Once I sent Jason the down payment for materials, they were delivered within four days and two days later I had an entire crew at my house. His team worked fast, they were able to tear off my old roof and put on the new roof with in about eight hours! If you need a new roof or any small contractor jobs, I highly recommend Roberts Roofing company.

Throughout the entire process Jason has been the consummate professional. I was highly impressed when he made himself immediately available to inspect my roof, provided a detailed estimate (labor & materials provided along with terms & conditions) as well as detailed information about the roof replacement process and roofing material products. He even took time to deliver actual roofing samples for me to review and choose from during his travels to my parents home in Memphis. He continued to go above and beyond what was required, making a very stressful situation less stressful. If I had any questions; which of course I did, he always responded. I would highly recommend Roberts Roof Repair for all your roofing needs. You'll definitely be in great hands!

From Taylor, everyone we dealt with through the office to Tiger Hoskins and his crew of 8 there is not one person who has not been genuinely kind and respectful. To go through a whole process and not run into one person that was off putting is unbelievable. I would have to believe that that has to come from the top down. I've been talking to and now being ignored by Alan Yates, the person in charge of scheduling as well as anyone answering calls in the office. I have 2 strips of shingles that need to be replaced with the current type of shingle required by the HOA. A very simple, short job that wouldn't take more than a couple of hours. I talked to him for 2 months and was promised multiple times regarding sending someone out. I did have a visit from 2 employees for about 30 minutes about a leak over the bathroom that was something clogged. They said they would be out the next week to finish the shingles. That was more than 3 months ago. We're now entering month 5 with no response at all. A warranty is useless if you do not receive the service that is supposed to come with it.
