I want to give my highest recommendation for Chris Walton Sr. Plumbing out of New Egypt, NJ. For…read morethe past year and a half we've had a weird intermittent plumbing issue. During that time he or an employee have been to the house three times. Each time, between the time I called and when they showed up, things would start working properly again. So they would try to diagnose the issue based on my description and do what seemed to be appropriate, and things would be fine for a while but eventually the problem would recur. So yesterday he showed up with an expensive piece of equipment to properly diagnose the issue, and having done so, brought in another expensive piece of equipment to fix the problem. He was there for over two hours, and along the way, he mentioned what he normally charges for use of that equipment because of what it cost him. I was OK with it; I was just happy to have the problem finally fixed. But when he was done, he said that he wasn't happy about the past "misdiagnoses" and I shouldn't have to pay for them, and he ended up charging me about a third of what I was expecting. When I offered to meet him halfway, he said, "Sorry, I've already entered it into the system, nothing I can do." I can't promise that you'll get price breaks like I got on this occasion, but I can promise that you won't get ripped off, and that you'll get excellent service.

Called to tell them they never pumped the tank and they proceeded to act like I filled a 1000 gallon tank when I was on vacation. They don't stand by the customer and would rather talk over you on the phone then listen. I paid the bill for not pumping the tank and they said they would come back. But where is the invoice saying they completed work. Oh. I forgot. They didn't. On a side note the worker proceeded to keep talking about Trump and how minorities and foreigners are taking jobs and ruining America. I happen to be a foreigner. After the initial agreement was signed,, there were zero response to my many inquiries to the main office, this situation lasted for a long end extended time. The written invoices and work descriptions later, much later submitted to me we're extremely unprofessional and poor quality To date, the company has hired a professional administrator in this area But for myself, I cannot offer a positive recommendation. I remain extremely unsatisfied and unsettled towards my experience with this company To repeat the work seems satisfactory, no issues have resulted to date, but that past experience was lengthy and bit devastating

I am writing to inform this group about a horrible experience I had with Rubber Duck Plumbing…read more  Two years ago, the company installed a new hot water heater in our home. Earlier this summer, we noticed that the hot water heater was leaking, and eroding. This happened while my husband was away on business and I had Rubber Duck Plumbing install a new furnace for a lot of money.  When my husband returned home, he called the company to see if they could give us some Type of Credit since the heater was new and also expensive. Before my husband could even ask a few questions, the owner of the company preceded to scream at him. Among the many disrespectful things he said was, "maybe next time you should be there fa*got!" We have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Avoid this company at all costs.
