I don't have any pictures of the work Chef did, but I hope I can do my best to convince you how wonderful his team is. First let me start by saying how genuine of a person he is. From the moment we started discussing my wedding (a YEAR in advance) Chef was nothing but kind, sweet and so happy for us! He helped me through every question I had with no hesitation! He prepared over 240 Choice Ribeye Steaks for my wedding, with quite a picky group of eaters! The seasoning he used was absolutely mouthwatering and savory, cooked to a perfect medium rare! He paired it with the most buttery, creamy mash potatoes and home style green beans. And to start the meal he served a dinner role with a VERY Fresh salad! I forgot to mention, he created these beautiful Cucumber sliced special pieces (SO GOOD!!) that we served as an appetizer Durning the "appetizer hour". I genuinely have never had better food at a wedding. I know I'm biased because it's my wedding, but seriously he is amazing! His team also provided bussing services and cake serving. This took away so much stress for my venue and myself! If you're still not sold after all of this, at least give him a call and maybe set up a tasting! Go find another company. We ordered catering with Spaghetti and salad for a wedding celebration. Spaghetti was cold, sauce was Ragu and a little meat. The salad was 3 pieces of spring mix you could eat in one bite. They ran out of sauce and NOT everyone got served. They packed up and got out of there as if their butt was on fire. It would be best if you found a different company. It was as if it was tossed together at the last minute. read more

As a food enthusiast, I am constantly looking for items that are home made and have an unique twist that could enhance my meals. Great evening of traditional Spanish Tapas for dinner last night by Chef Philip and his wonderful assistants. Simply divine Spanish Meatballs (sauce was to die for), garlic shrimp and Papatas Braves, Chorizo con Vino and more! Including Churros for dessert. Highly recommend!! read more

American Private Chef Services catered my wedding this past Friday, July 19th! We enjoyed chicken Marsala, chicken parmigiana, and chicken Alfredo, along with fresh green beans, Caesar salad, and a Caprese salad. My guests absolutely RAVED about the food, I had several people tell me it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Everything was so delicious and perfect! Weddings are always exciting however more often than not the venue food is less than exceptional. I have a different story and I feel the need to share it to help a local business that certainly deserves the review I am about to give. I was invited to a wedding at Gibbs Street Manor in Waverly, Texas in October. The venue was absolutely beautiful; however the food is the real star here. Everything, starting with the table settings that were so very elegant, to the dinner salad that was beautifully arranged on the plate, the dressing that was out of this world tasty and the gumbo that was the absolute BEST that I have had, loaded with seafood and perfectly spiced, and let's not forget the hushpuppies that were also outstanding and fried just perfectly. The Owner of American Private Chef Services, Phillip McCulloch Sr. made a stop at every table to make sure everything was as it should be for a wedding, perfect and it was. I was so impressed by both Phillip and his food that I was sure to grab a card from him because I am planning a wedding for my daughter and I will certainly, without a doubt use American Private Chef Services for the wedding and any parties that I need catered.
