They are so trust worthy and loving to my children. When they are at daycare I know they are being taken care of and loved the way they should. My oldest started when she was just 2 and went all the way through vpk. My middle child is currently on the same path. My youngest started at few months shy of 1 years old. This has been the best experience as being a parent and trusting someone to watch your child isn't always the easiest. They also offer an open door policy which I love. A week before thanksgiving they do a eat in day where you get to come in and eat "thanksgiving" with your child in class. They had fun music and fun staff again they make you feel like family when there. 10/10 recommend.

We began coming to AE in October 2020 after moving to the area from Fort Lauderdale. Our daughter…read morehad never been to another school so we were very nervous about the transition but we had heard such good things about AE and the wait list reflects that. We got very lucky and were offered a spot when we called to inquire about space because many parents weren't sending their kids back due to COVID. Our daughter had a rough first couple of weeks transitioning but the staff at AE did such a great job supporting her. Even the director at the time, Jamie, would greet her everyday and talk with her. She got comfortable quickly after those first couple of weeks and she's been thriving ever since! They do parent teacher conferences every 6mos and let you know how your child is doing and what areas they could work in at home (counting, tracing letters, etc). They also provide great feedback and insight on how to work on behaviors or transitions (potty training for example) at home! We love AE and all of the teachers our daughter has been fortunate to have. We recently put our son in school there (he just turned 6mos) and it's been a great experience as well!

Every week they lost my child things (Diapers, Wipes, Blankets, Sheets etc) and never held themselves accountable. The owner only cares about the money. Anytime I addressed anything I received attitude and pure rudeness. My son hated going everyday, and overall it was a terrible experience. The director was the only one who cared to try to even help, and when she did she was treated like pure crap from the owner. No body seemed to want to work there, the energy and vibes were horrible. We made the decision to pull our son out which ended with my son's teacher yelling at me, telling me she has a problem with me etc. 0/10 don't know how people leave there kids here.

I do not like to give bad reviews, but this facility for children and parents need to be warned!…read more We toured this "school" and absolutely refused to send our children there. The facility is an old home that has been turned into a daycare. It felt cramped and looked extremely dirty. Some of the examples are: The floors and area rugs/play rugs were excessively dirty, literal dirt, leaves, hair, etc and this is where the children are expected to nap and play. We were told that the floors were cleaned and mopped twice per day but this was very clearly not the case. The bathrooms were not kept up, toilets were not flushed when there were feces in one of them and there was urine on the seat of the other bathroom. The soap in each bathroom was water based and there was nothing to dry your hands on. The outdoor "playground" had filthy broken toys. The toys looked as though they were plucked from yard sales or garbage day collections. The toys had excessive dirt, mold and even bugs on them. It was not a safe place for children to play. The staff here were friendly and the owner, Mrs. Hamilton was a very nice person. She could not, however, answer questions such as how long her 2 other teachers had been there or been teaching in general, and she could not answer what the curriculum/objective for each class was. She had referenced the finances of her business leading us to believe they are not a sustainable business, which is probably why it was so dirty and run down. As far as being a "Christian" school, we saw one cross on the wall and no pictures or books about Christianity. When we asked about the Christian aspects of the daycare, Mrs. Hamilton said they sing "church songs." Mrs. Hamilton only spends part of her day the "school" and spends the other half of her day picking children up from school to bring back to the daycare. She genuinely means well I think, but between the lack of leadership, cleanliness, safety, and curriculum, this place needs to be shut down. I do not know how this "school" has 4+ reviews online. I can't comprehend this unless relatives and friends of the owner/staff left the reviews of themselves. I do not recommend this "school" at all and would encourage parents to skip the tour and move on with your school search.

This is my second tIme writing a review for this daycare/preschool. My original review was made shortly after my daughter was removed, I removed it because I didn't feel it was fair. I will start with the positives, once the children leave the infant room the school is highly focused on routines & learning (could also be a negative). When my daughter started at her new preschool that has accredited teachers & nationwide locations, I was told that she was too advanced for the younger 2's & would need to be moved up should I choose to stay. My daughter loved being dropped of when she waS in the infant room, Ms. Luz was the highlight of her day. We had behavioral issues shortly after being moved to the 1's room with my daughter, which I believe was due to the strict routines which in most cases helps children, but not always. One teacher absolutely loved her, while the older teacher constantly had issues. When she was 1 & a half she was moved to the 2's as a solution to her behavior. Within a short period of time I started receiving calls to pick her up because "they didn't have the resources to deal with hEr". I'll add that I live near by & pass everyday to drop my older child at school, they are constantly hiring. The calls started happening weekly, I couldn't keep leaving work because she was over tired & having a melt down instead just letting tHe kid lay down 30 minutes before schedule. I went to pick her up one day & she was left in the foyer area between the 2 rooms, crying since they called (45 mins) another time she was left in the high chair. At this point I was honest & advised Fiona that I may need to remove her & asked what would be ample notice for the school? She indicated 2 weeks. Within a couple of weeks I started getting calls every other day. The 2nd week she called me at work & said I needed to pick her up indefinitely. So I had already paid, because they require you to pay a head & I was given no notice that I no longer had child care. I just felt that a business with that many years experience should handle things better. It's not a bad school, my daughter was kept alive, very few incidents of getting hurt & as I stated early she is advanced fOr her age.

From the first few minutes we met Fiona and toured the school I decided that was where I wanted her to be. Fiona is an amazing director, the school is clean and welcoming. She is very safety conscious and has emergency plans in place. They serve the kids great food and each classroom has a tight schedule that they stick to, which really helps my daughter stick to a routine during the week. The outdoor space is huge and they take all the kids out atleast once a day. Fiona is very attentive and it is visible that she loves her job. I never worry about my daughter while she is there and anytime that I had, Fiona quickly made those fears go away. If you are searching for a daycare for your child look no further, you will not be disappointed.

Had I known that, I wouldn't have paid 2 weeks for our baby sitter. unreal
