If my son was to fall into the pool my child still can't perform basic safety skills like holding onto the wall or flipping over to float on his back. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. What's worse is that it took them more than six weeks just to find an instructor who could match our schedule -- a delay that showed a lack of organization and consideration for our time. Despite all the promises made at the beginning, the results simply weren't there. If you're considering this swim school, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money here.

The toddlers will cry at times during the lesson, but the instructors comfort them and use toys at times to relax the babies. He is being trained by the owner of the business and she is AMAZING with our son! She is kind, encouraging, and patient with him. The staff at the facility have all been very nice, answered all our questions, and given us all the information we needed. The facility is clean and organized. They have an indoor, heated pool where they teach the toddlers and kids to swim. They also have a swim team and indoor and outdoor pools for them. I was a CNA in the past, but since it was so long ago, I knew I needed a refresher. I signed up for the weekend course at this facility. I was pleased to see that the class sizes are small. I felt comfortable asking questions and was able to bond with my fellow students. Kamari was a great instructor and Tonya is very knowledgeable as well. Both of them are happy to help you and really work with you to improve your confidence in practicing the skills. As an added bonus, I'm welcome to come back to observe other classes before my exam to make sure I understand the skills properly. I'm able to take my exam here also so I'm happy that I'm familiar with the room. I recommend taking your class here since they offer many time options and have great instructors.
