I have dealt with some trades that don't answer the phone or keep their word. Mark kept his word. A lot of people could have blown me off. I tried to write a check and he said no . Also , when he first had quoted me over the phone. He had added 50 just in case and he only charged me the lower amount that he quoted. The technician was kind and professional, but management was dismissive. When I asked about a labor discount or warranty on their work, the owner told me, "No ma'am, I can't just give you what you want." After my review, the company claimed they hadn't installed our unit, which isn't accurate -- they did the installation. I was never told that using manufacturer warranty parts would void any labor guarantee. Poor communication and no accountability.
