Honest -- they stick to the facts about your car issues without trying to upsell you. 2. Reasonably Priced & Fair -- affordable 3. Quick -- finished sooner than expected 4. Polite and Professional I've been to other mechanics and got the run around. Not only did these guys fix my problems but corrected mistakes that the other mechanic(s) did prior. I will not look any further for my car care. I found a great place with good service that I can trust.

The two mechanics I encountered were kind, patient, and thorough. These guys more than met my expectations. They charged exactly what they quoted me and checked under the hood (belts, fluids) for free. When I spoke with the main mechanic (Mike, I think his name is) on the phone, he was patient, didn't rush through the conversation, and explained what he thought the problem could be; he also gave a timeline for how long it could take -- a REALISTIC timeline that he met. Excellent, excellent service. I won't take my car anywhere else!

I was trying to fix an electrical issue with my trailer lights when I lost power to my truck as well. I placed a call and spoke with Brandy. She was very pleasant and did ask me if I had checked all of the fuses before connecting me with a mechanic, Larry. They provided me with the hourly rate and trip charge. They are reasonably priced and provided me with an ETA for the mechanics arrival. Once he arrived, he was a very pleasant gentleman that took time to answer my questions and explain what the issue could be. After his troubleshooting, Larry was able to find the issue, correct it, and repair the trailer light issue that I was trying to fix to begin with. I would definitely recommend this company for their service, timeliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully, I won't have too many other issues, but if I do, they will be first on my list to call.
