The staff (with the notable exception of sales representative Carter, who was helpful and professional) came across as unwelcoming and unfriendly. It genuinely felt like they were not interested in earning our business, which was surprising given that we were there to buy a boat--specifically, to repurchase our own boat that they had in inventory. The attitude from most of the team left us feeling undervalued and frustrated. If it hadn't been for the specific boat we wanted, we would have taken our business elsewhere without hesitation. While the facility and selection seemed decent, the poor customer service overshadowed everything else. I would recommend potential buyers consider other marine supply and boat dealers in the area that treat customers with basic courtesy and enthusiasm. Unfortunately, this visit left a sour impression, and I won't be returning.

Was a little disappointed in the delivery time, but that was more the fault of the manufacturer than Anglers Marine, in fact they were kind enough to store it for me over the winter so I wasn't paying extra fees while not being able to use it. Closing on and picking up the boat happened at two separate times, both went smoothly. There was a minor hiccup with the seats, which they have promised to correct next time I bring it in for it's first service. So far, have been very pleased with them and my purchase. They have been highly responsive and accommodating.

They did a great job with the installation and the technician even called me a couple of times to give me some advice on where the actual mount should go for the pole. I think I only paid bout 14 bucks for a 32 oz bottle.

The actual boat was smaller than the listing. And, they received an higher offer over the weekend. If I wanted to buy it I would have to come up with $2,500 more. Do not trust these guys. They will not stand behind their own contract. This gives boat sales a bad name. I have never used a boat consignment group to buy a boat and now I know why. I can do better buying directly from an owner, not a third party. save your money!
