The vehicle was unsafe, produced a new error code, and had to be sent out to another mechanic locally to have him repair it. It took 11 days to finally get my truck back. During that time, I was without transportation. Calls to corporate management and the Territory Manager went unanswered or were pushed back to the store staff. If you deal with the Valdosta location, know that the people are solid, but Mavis corporate's systems, supplier chain, and accountability left me paying too much and waiting far too long.
