(What a day) The tow truck driver came out with a tire changed it and we could get on our way. The cost was high $606.00 and only took him 40 min. but at least we could be on our way. We ended up paying less than half of what they were going to charge. Don't trust their prices! Felt like they were taking advantage of the situation. Go somewhere else. First of all no one reduced the price of anything for us. The man behind the counter was actually rude about it. You cannot write a response that tries to make it sound as if your prices are at all reasonable and you were being 'nice'. We paid less than half to a different auto shop NOT yours. They did not take advantage of our situation and try to over charge us.

The seat inserts are crooked. The seats were not put together properly. I do not know how a business can stay in business with such poor quality and workmanship.
