Overall, it was a seamless experience with just a few bumps. 1) Check-In: On a busy weekday during a popular week off in between Christmas and New Years, they had one person working the front. There was a small hiccup that needed a manager approval. Despite the worker, who handled the crowd well, calling for a manager over and over again, the manager didn't come for 15-20 minutes as the line grew longer. 2) Arcade: Most of the games are rip offs and short change you. In one of the claw games, it grabbed two rolls of tickets for 20, but it gave me only 10 points on my card. A few games took my card credit without letting me play. 3) Bowling: That was easy and fun! The balls and shoes are clean and the lanes well maintained. 4) Food: The menu is full of unhealthy food and drinks, but the kids loved the cheese pizza kids deal that comes with a drink and fries. For the arcade, we got a Groupon deal, which was easy to redeem. Parking can be hard to find in the area and expect to pay.

The space was huge and there was outdoor space with a bar, seating and games. The servers were gorgeous and super friendly even with how busy they were. The dance space was spacious and perfect for all the dancing. My only note is there was no AC! It was sooooooooo hot in there and there was only one fan. I'm sure it was a last minute issue but they need fans in there as a back up. Especially with events with that many people.

Online the place looks great and interesting so we decided to hit it up around 9pm because it doesn't close until 2am. So when we walked in the place was pitch black and the vibe was really off. We had to pay $20 a person to enter which at first I was confused because I thought this place was games, bars, music, and vibes...not at all. So we were walking around and the crowd I'll just say wasn't the type I wanted to be around. Only one bar was open and the music was weird. So we decided to leave and when I asked the person who was taking the money what was going on tonight they said an event. Now, this event was not posted anywhere on their website or social media. So I would caution going at night or call beforehand because I don't think I would want to come back because it was nothing like it is portrayed online.

We signed up to race and we were told our start time would be 8 pm (we opted to walk in instead of making a reservation.) This gave us 45 minutes to relax at the bar. I tried a chocolate martini and it was very good, it definitely had some "kick" to it. There were no complaints from our group on any of the cocktails, and the espresso martini was also a favorite amongst the group. I noticed at the bar some of the staff were not super friendly and didn't have high energy. Though this seems like a high energy place. Nevertheless the bar was extremely large and the few staff members may have just been exhausted. As for the racing, I felt it could be more interactive. It was only slightly better than other racing games at any other typical arcade. Yes, the chairs inside the racing simulators shake and move, and there are nice sound effects but I don't think it's worth the price. We played a package of 3 games each, and each game lasted between 8-9 minutes. While it was fun, it wasn't something I'd likely do again, but I would return for cocktails or appetizers perhaps. Parking garage located directly below the facility. I found the facility was neat and clean.
