It takes about 20 minutes to get from the front gate back to the arena. They have very limited selection of food/drinks for this event. The rodeo is very entertaining and we had a great time. The acoustics and sound for the concert portion is terrible. The music sounds muffled. I think this year was worse than last year. They definitely need to work on the sound for future concerts here.

It's held twice a year, once in the winter and once in the summer. This was my first time going, as well as being in downtown Frankfort, and was very easy to get to. It's located in the Capitol Plaza hotel, which also has a free parking garage next door. There was plenty of signage directing us where we needed to be as well. I'm not sure how the hotel guests not affiliated with the con felt, but it was pretty packed! There were multiple rooms that held vendors, meet and greets, etc. If you go to a lot of cons, there is probably about half as much to check out, but there were still a lot of really cool local artists and whatnot. I was a little disappointed to find a few pyramid schemes in the mix. They also had a cosplay contest for those who are into dressing up, and they made it really fun to be a part of. I had a lot of fun at this event! For $20 admission, I felt like I got a lot out of it and got to be a part of a really fun atmosphere. I'll definitely be back for the next one!
