He said they would stay open however if we were already on the way. It took almost a half hour for us to get there, and when we walked in with our broken cabinet, we were greeted warmly. They didn't have a replacement cabinet however, the owner, Ahmet, went outside to get some tools and came back in and proceeded to try to repair it. He did so without us asking, and did his best to help us. He then gave us instructions on how to most effectively finish repairing it. Last year, I bought a brand new home from a nation wide reputed builder in North Fulton county of…read moreGeorgia. We built our home with lots of upgrades and added lot of high end aesthetic features to the home. One of the top priorities for us immediately after closing was choosing the window treatments and real wood shutters was my top choice. However I was very concerned about the total price of the shutters for such a huge house we had as well as how to pick the best vendor who can do very high quality work. While doing my extensive research, I came across Castleberry Shutters. Apart from getting quotes from really big home improvement stores, I thought I will atleast get a quote from them. I met with Tim Castleberry and immediately within 15 minutes of meeting, talking to him and seeing the samples he showed to us, I knew I will be in right hands by working with them. These guys have been in business for really long time and they are local Atlanta company and manufacture their own shutters. I felt that they really cared about the quality since they were not typical third party resellers and since it was their family own business, they offered the best value for money. The best part is - Tim not only offered me an excellent price but also told me that they offer lifetime warranty which means anything happens to any of the shutters they will fix / replace it for free. I felt thats really huge. With leap of faith, I ordered shutters for my entire home and requested him to deliver on time within few days of my closing. We stayed in touch and I told him my closing date few weeks before closing and he said they are right on time. The day after I closed their staff set up a time to come and install my shutters. Their installers came on time and did an outstanding clean job installing my already looking awesome shutters. The whole look and feel of my home changed 360 degrees after shutters were installed. All my neighbors gave us compliments on this new addition to our home. My initial apprehension to hire a non branded big company for fairly large investment on this part of home upgrade soon turned into one of my best decisions so far I made while building my new home. We absolutely love their work and recommend them to all our family and friends. BTW within few days they sent a follow up warranty person to make sure to touch up every small little scratch the shutters may have developed while manufacture/ installation. That was the icing on the top! I feel that they are worth every penny and on top of that these shutters added not only beauty we will enjoy till we live in this home but it also added a lot of resale value to my property.

Alexander Floors had the best price, and unlike the snake oil salesman that most other flooring companies will send for an estimate, he was very honest and up front about everything we needed to know and anticipate, he estimated the job would take about 2-3 days. 4 days later they received the wood that we ordered, they called us to setup a delivery time, and the next day they began working, And as promised, the job was completed in exactly 2 days time. They did a beautiful job, the guys they had working on this were very courteous and professional, and were very meticulous with their work. They moved the furniture as needed, and when the job was done, they vacuumed and washed the floor and put all the furniture back in place. I could hardly imagine a better experience than this. We just want everyone to know what a great job they did and how impressed we are with how earnest and hard-working everyone on their team is. Special kudos to Jose and Martin, the team leaders. Their pricing is competitive. The floorers and painters worked harder than we have seen in many, many years to make sure the project finished on schedule. And their attention to detail (picking up on a lot of things we hadn't even noticed) can't be beat. They made suggestions for improvements, which made the result so much more impressive than if they had only done what we originally asked. They also suggested things that could be done differently to save us money. They did most of the heavy-lifting since we are seniors. Special thanks to Ivan, the project manager. He took what could have been a laborious project for us and made it manageable. 5 out of 5 stars!

She was responsive, kind, and consistently took accountability for the many issues that arose. I genuinely feel for her, as she was often put in the difficult position of trying to coordinate between customers, fabricators, and installers while also managing her sales duties. Unfortunately, the structure of the company meant that all communication went through sales, which created delays of hours or even days in getting answers to basic scheduling questions. From there, the problems compounded. We were initially given the wrong installation date which then forced us to cancel and reschedule other contractors. When our countertops were fabricated, the cutout for the range was done incorrectly despite us following all of their instructions. The installers left before I was able to sign off of the install - I assume because it was obvious that the measurements were off - leaving us showing a home for sale with an off-centered range that created a fire hazard with burners located under cabinetry. Precision accepted responsibility for the error, but fixing it created weeks of further disruption, including multiple rounds of re-measuring because of unprofessional technicians, time off work for appointments to remeasure (twice) and remove the old countertops, and additional seams in the countertop that we did not want. Although the company did eventually make the corrections, the process was stressful, cost excessive time off work and potentially decreased the sale price of our home. Throughout this ordeal, I was never offered a discount, refund, or any tangible gesture to recognize the significant inconvenience caused. In the end, Jessica did everything within her power to help us, but the systemic issues at Precision - poor scheduling communication, lack of coordination between departments, and inconsistent professionalism among their technicians - mean that I cannot recommend them with confidence.
