Fay stated someone would come by to fix this without their ridiculous trip charge of $75 but no one has still not by after 2months.... frame Stating they will fix the issue but never sent someone to fix the solar panels or send missing pieces for window, replace shades to big for frame...worst $12k spent, they are rude and will show attitude when addressing concerns, terrible experience and they were clearly was just out to get my money #WindowBlinds #WindowFix #WindowFrame....

I gave them the manufacturers very detailed directions and I even told them if it still cracked for whatever reason I wouldn't hold them responsible. I was on a tight schedule and needed them to follow through. Still, they wouldn't do it, despite originally saying it was no problem. The 3 day delay affected me a great deal and I had to find someone else in a panic. My initial apprehension to hire a non branded big company for fairly large investment on this part of home upgrade soon turned into one of my best decisions so far I made while building my new home. We absolutely love their work and recommend them to all our family and friends. The tricky part was that the bricks are patterned, with six or so different variations in the patterns, but these bricks are not made anymore! So the replacement bricks had to be taken from part of the house that is not visible, and replaced with plain red bricks. Gray Contracting repaired the damage, and it is now invisible! I suggested they use electric blowers and rakes but got yelled at from a hostile manager that I can't dictate how they do their job. Moving large piles of leaves by two gasoline engines is largely inconsiderate in this situation and a manager with no problem solving skills is a detriment to the business.
