I selected one of their Doctors and thought everything was good. Letter from them explained all medical records were safe and could be forwarded to my new Dr. I had my lab work completed as requested and received a phone call that (I) MUST NOW COMPLETE a bunch of release forms and paperwork so I can see my new Doctor. Inconvenience means nothing to them. The office person that called me was plain out and out rude on the phone. Actually accusing me of jumping ship and getting a new Doctor. Let's remember they recommended this Dr. I would not recommend anyone that doesn't want problems to deal with. Do not use Revere Medical if anyone else is avaliable.

With delivery, I knew we were going to be doing our second C-Section. My first C-Section done by a different physician at a different practice. However, they are pretty bad with their reception of calls and their response to medical questions. I had an issue that was ongoing and very scary for me. It was due to a birth control and I wanted answers about what I needed to do and if a different birth control would be better. The phone reception is awful and takes forever to get a hold of anyone. Then I was told several times my doctor or a nurse was going to call me back and I never got a call. This kind of back and forth went on for a week (after I was already experience this issue for 2 weeks). I don't like being treated like I don't matter and like my medical questions are just going to get pushed to the side. I really thought this would be my gyno for years to come but I may rethink that now.

I was kicked out of alpine pediatrics for not vaccinating even though I personally got a brain injury from a vaccine. But North Valley Peds put kids first over politics, money, and fear-mongering. They suggest vaccines, but aren't pushy at all. I've dealt with a few scary medical situations with my kids and the care my children received here was excellent and thorough.

And the sign says if you haven't been called back in 15 minutes visit the front desk. So we did. And then another 15 minutes goes by so I visit the front desk and still no results. No one got up to figure out why we weren't being seen. We waited over 2 hours to from the appointment time to when she was actually taken back. Ridiculous. The technician was the only kind person, who apologized for the "train wreck" as he called it and said that my daughter was never registered correctly. Bizarre that we were so fallen through the cracks for 2 hours!!!!

But please let me reassure you to not always believe what you hear and read online etc. I had a low risk pregnancy, and birth. So my baby didn't need a NICU stay. Which is something this hospital doesn't offer. So if you need a nicu or picu unit for the birth of your child. I would recommend delivering somewhere else. The staff was amazing. All the nurses were so attentive in Labor & Delivery. Everything was honestly as it should be. I also had to take our newborn to the Lab downstairs for a couple heal pricks and it was easy to find, in and out within a couple mins. I also really liked the little cafe they had downstairs. They made me French toast before being admitted and it was delicious.

Pam even came to see my baby and I in the mom/baby unit to send us love and made my day. Such a sweetheart!! Mom/baby unit- nurses Elise and Alexa were the most amazing nurses I've ever experienced. Most amazing human beings ever. I'm so glad and grateful to have them taking care of my baby and I. Much love and blessings to those beautiful ladies I definitely recommend going there for labor and delivery and have them on your team! I hope they all get the recognition they truly deserve and earned

I feel thankful for their care and I am glad they are close to home. They treated my husband with respect which I appreciate. He is my support and they kept him informed.
