Both times I have seen her, she has surprised me with her in-depth knowledge of symptoms and medications. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I feel like she actually listens to me and takes my thoughts and situations into consideration in the decision-making process. The office is really bright and nice, too. The staff were very friendly. I didn't have to wait too long. I also like that it is really easy to get to from I-15 or 7th E. I hate it when doctor appointments eat up your whole day. It's great to have one that's easy to get to and has plenty of parking. I'm a big fan and highly recommend!

My son's meds have to be refilled once per month and I get the runaround from the support staff EVERY month when trying to get his meds refilled. I told the receptionist the reason for my visit, which included bloodwork. I was unaware that I needed to fast before this visit and was not given instructions to do so. Dr. Dinh told me I could either reschedule, or go ahead with the lab work knowing that the results could be inaccurate. Why would I want inaccurate lab results? Dr. Dinh had a very condescending tone when I asked him questions about my health. The visit was a waste of time. Gave this practice two stars (instead of one) because I do like the nurse practitioner there, Lisa Western. She is fantastic - professional and warm.

Their websites don't work they pixelate, they say my phone number is not valid, after all I've had the phone number for years why would it be valid?. You call and leave messages and no one returns your call and that is only if you can reach a person or a phone to leave a message. When you do call the billing office they start up by saying you have to wait 15 minutes several minutes later the wait time is 17 minutes a few minutes after that the wait time is 20 minutes the longer you wait the more your wait time increases. You see the only people whose time is important is theirs. They could care less about their patients. The actual doctors are great. But you can't reach them when you need them they make it impossible for you to talk to a human.

Then the new doc left. I had to find a doc accepting new patients. They couldn't schedule me to see a doc for 7 months. But they told me they would still fill my rx until I had my appointment. No problem. Then they came out with a new policy that I have to be an established patient and they could not fill my rx for 7 months. Now, I have to go explain myself and why I need my rx to Instacare or Connect Care. Horrible service IHC and Alta View! Given the rate they go through physicians and their stupid policies. They are horribly mis-managed. On to finding a new doc and place that gives a sh!t about their patients. Obviously they don't.
