***THIS PLACE IS AWESOME*** I accidentally showed up today…read more02/10 at 10am when my appointment was actually 03/10 at 10am. All the staff worked to pull strings to get me in right then and there. The DO I had was very nice and informative, listened to what I had to say and showed me some cool stuff (the base of my brain) as well. Then I met Jamie the Branch Manager. First of all she is a saint! The fact that she was patient as I tried on about 50 pairs of frames before we finally found the right ones (pair number 49). She made me feel like I was the only customer of the day, took in account my dislikes and likes (even I admit some are absolutely ridiculous) and found me the perfect pair. Then we got to the pricing. I already knew what my Co-Pay was with insurance ($60) but was not expecting how amazing the price for a year supply of contacts and a pair of glasses. After all the discounts I walked out only paying $610.78. I was expecting to pay at least a grand! Working with Jamie was like talking to an old friend! It was just a great experience and I will not go anywhere else! I 100% recommend for all your eye care needs!

The gentleman who answered the phone, Bill (the owner), was extremely impatient and rude from the start. He told me he couldn't answer my questions and abruptly hung up on me. Once again, Bill said he was too busy to tell me when the doctor would be back and hung up on me a second time. There is no excuse for treating patients or their families this way. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected from any medical office. Based on this experience, I will not be bringing my daughter back.

I've had the same insurance for years and never had an issue until I let these people get involved. Now when I get a prescription it somehow doesn't line up with when I'm able to get new glasses. I had to switch doctors and wait an extra 6 months just to be able to get back on schedule with a different, not as good doctor- but at least I can see. Waited until I was no longer a patient to post.
