They also have many different styles and costs for suits and extras, like bow ties and shoes so you can find exactly what you are looking for. We came through the back entrance and it was so cool to see everyone sewing there. Ted's does it every single time and they do it with a smile and a high level of professionalism. I recently had them make a custom suit for me and while other custom suit makers I have used had to do multiple remakes or revisions, the folks at Ted's nailed it the first time! However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

Having tried many T-shirts, boxer shorts, over-the-calf dress socks and ties at many other stores, including Polo-RL, Land's End, custom tailored and many others, I find the best value and quality of these items int he 346 brand at the BB Outlet by far the best. I really think that the quality of these items is the best I've found anywhere at any price. The dress shirts: The 346 dress shirt is the best non-custom tailored dress shirt in the USA. No kidding. No other dress shirt looks as good, lasts as long, and has as reliably great-looking collar. The ONLY dress shirt I'd wear under $200, and for that price the $200 shirt is no better. The ONLY dress shirt for me, and I am super picky! In my case I'm perfectly happy to select my own wardrobe items and don't rely on the staff for anything but checking me out at the register, so can't evaluate staff knowledge. They offer to help and neither ignore nor pester me, so I'm happy. Though I don't happen to buy suits there they still represent a good value, but in my work I really do need a regulkar Brooks Brothers $1600 suit (which I buy on sale at the Denver store) -- you have to "dress to bill" and my clients pay $3000/hr for my time so you have to show up properly in the boardroom... In addition, many times I've not been able to drive to the outlet store as I live some distance away. Before I stopped in I checked Yelp and he was named in other reviews when he was working at another Denver area store. Well, luckily he works at the Englewood store now. Eli helped me get all 4 of my suits altered that I purchased over a year and a half ago from an Austin store. They sat in my closet a long time until I finally noticed the cuffs on the slacks and realized I prefer non cuffed slacks. He measured me and also found an ideal length to be 1/8 inch longer along with the cuff removal. When someone pimps out your suits for free.....Priceless! I am absolutely amazed at the level of customer service on this one. My new job necessitates the wearing of these suits now and it's so nice to have a sweet clothing lineup ready to go. I could have easily been stuck with at least $100 in alterations because it was on me to bring it up sooner. Easy button worked here and that's a rarity these days. I would recommend giving this store your business if they carry what you like.
