How is it possible for them to host "major liquidation" and "going out of business" sales for SEVERAL years?? Not only do the sales people make you feel extremely uncomfortable while you're trying to shop, but they don't even honor their discounts on half of the items they sell! I have visited the store quite a few times, each time I've left disappointed. I've interacted with a few different staff members and they're all unapologetically rude. I will be happy to drive farther to a different store, that sells the same items! If this company doesn't go out of business for real, they really need to make some major changes if they expect to keep any customers.

Service ? Hah ok . No one said a word . No " can I help you ? How are you folks doing ? Nothing . I said to myself they're probably distracted or whatnot but no . More less chumming it up with one another . As far as the selection goes I saw what I originally had seen on line and at a decent price . If I was to order elsewhere I'd have to deal with shipping etc so the cost wasn't the best but it evened out . We stood there for a few and watched this fellow walk right on by and nope not a word . By then the wide am was fed up and loudly said Hi how are you ? And the. He spoke up . By then we were done so no you cannot help me and I will take my business elsewhere.

It's already a pain to get in and out of this store/parking lot (you're great if you're only coming from one particular side). They have brands I've never heard of but also brands you do know of - but even these, there's little stock of it. Hardly any variety honestly. It's a massive store but feels very "we're about to go on a big closing sale" with the small amount of stock to choose from (particularly clothing). I looked at cups and yetis one time and just looks like a lot of those supplies have been sitting and picking up dust. Customer service: literally non existent. I never seen a person on the floor in my life there, only at registers...which I give them props for being really nice at the front. But outside of that, nothing.

I was horribly disappointed with how it fit. This was my first suit and I wanted something form fitting and ended up getting more of a pajama like fit... very baggy. Being a tall man, the selection was one suit in 3 color choices. I was told by the tailor it couldn't be altered to be form fitting. Took what I could get but left with a suit I didn't really want to wear. Today, I took the suit to another tailor in the area, Sara's. They made a multitude of alterations (costing decent cash) but got the suit fitting me perfectly! I would not recommend Gordon's if you want a suit that has a more modern fit or if you are a taller person.
