It wasn't worth the price, so I returned it. I would not recommend ANYONE attempt to order/return online. Approximately $18 was deducted from a $50 order for a shipping label (which you print yourself, I might add) shipping itself, and also tax (what and why??). All this was according to their customer service. I saw on the site there would be a $7 shipping label charge (that in itself is ridiculous since all they do is email it to you and you print it), but I wasn't expecting all the rest. Utterly insane. I ended up getting around $30 back, less even than the subtotal of the order. So I lost almost $20 for nothing. Can you imagine paying $20 just to return a mesh top? Needless to say, return shipping is absolutely horrendous, and I wouldn't recommend anyone order online unless you have a store nearby or are sure you won't be returning. Obviously, I won't be buying anything again. The cherry on top? I tried to leave this review on the actual site, and they refused to post it, citing that I had "mentioned pricing," which they don't allow. I wonder why. Their online return process is criminal, and the fact that they wouldn't post this review is so unbelievable.

I had been told by the dealership that the entire convertible mechanism would have to be replaced simply because the actual parts I needed were no longer available. The dealer did suggest this organization as an alternative and when we went there, Carlos was able to easily identify what clips needed to be repaired, allowing us to go out and purchase them ourselves as they are aftermarket. The actual dealership guaranteed the clips were correct, added them and confirmed we no longer needed new top. Just re-glued the existing one. So back to Carlos who quickly fixed the convertible top, taught me the proper etiquette of convertible usage, and even fixed the rear hatch problem that we were having for months while waiting for parts. He said it would be fixed as soon as the top was repaired and well he was right and the dealer.... Not. I probably would've paid anything as I love this car, but the gluing and everything he did was so reasonable and I don't know what else he does, but I highly recommend him and in particular Carlos, who kindly and gently explained everything I needed to understand as the car owner!! So great service, great prices, facility was nice. I don't know what else I can say about them other than if you have an older car or maybe even a newer one, but in my situation, mine is older with no parts being produced.... Carlos guy was a lifesaver.

A pair of shoes (all shoes looked never or maybe once-worn), a pretty sterling silver ring, and an amazing 100 yr old sterling silver bracelet. They had just got it in and I felt lucky to be there at that moment. :) check this place out.

Just because it's a discount store doesn't mean it has to look like that. The items are displayed in in such an disorganized fashion. It makes shopping for specific items feel rushed because you are looking through chaos. There were 4 people in line and 1 additional customer waiting for a price check. There was only 1 register open. However, two Gabes employees were standing behind the one cashier having a chat. The quality of most items I'd say are fair at best. There are times you can find quality brand items.

My 75 year old mother was refused a return today because the manager said she had returned the item…read moretwo days earlier. They refused to give her money back. How has it been returned before if she has the item and receipt today? They claimed the manager had her on tape returning the items earlier. All of this is going on while she is standing with the item and receipt. I thought it was odd when they made her get out of line and wait so they could handle her return. Thank goodness an associate that was working with my mom explaining multiple times that you cannot return something that has been returned before if the patron has a receipt. My mom asked the store to call the police so they could review the "so called tape". This never happened of course. This will be reported to Gabe's corporate as harassment.
