Good attitude and he takes pride in his work. He should! It's great work! He was also sensitive to the fact that I have cats and was careful that none of them escaped when using the door to move material. Polite, professional and great results in all my attic areas. I highly recommend this company! A special thank you Javier for being extra cognizant of my disabilities and the fact that I could not move everything out of the areas. You moved it for me and put everything back. You didn't change your quote even though more work was entailed moving boxes and furniture.

We called Crawl Space Brothers in Greenville regarding water in our crawl space. Jeremy Jones came…read moreout and did an incredible job explaining our options and even going above and beyond to help us figure out were the water was coming from and options on water displacement. We talked about encapsulation of the crawl space and installing a sump pump etc in case water did enter the area. One thing that was greatly appreciated is that, unlike other companies that I will not name, he said he would not recommend encapsulating the space until AFTER the standing water issue was taken care of. To put it bluntly, he wouldn't sell me something that he knew wasnt going to fix my problem. He even grabbed a shovel and helped me identify a problem that was probably one of the root causes of our issue. Kudos Jeremy! I would highly recommend this company!

I would recommend them for all your crawl space issues. Thank you Brandon, Sincerely, Bev Canady

I am fairly satisfied with the job and price charged, although I had to "beat them up" a bit to get…read morethe price. The problem that I have with this operation is how they treat their employees. Upon completion of my job the young men that did the work informed me that they could receive a small bonus from Koala Insulation (their company), if I gave them a satisfactory review. They both worked very hard in difficult circumstances and did what they promised to do. I would have happily given them a good rating, but the survey never showed up. When I called the home office, the clerk said that they (Koala has nothing to do with the survey) and there is no way for me to give the workers a rating. Sound to me like they are scamming their own employees to save a few busks. . . very few bucks. Any company that would cheat their employees would certainly cheat the customer. BUYER BEWARE!!

I called Foot Hills Crawlspace in 2023 after receiving multiple quotes from other companies ranging…read morefrom $11,000 to $25,000. Mr. Brook showed up to inspect my crawlspace and literally before he pulled out the driveway, I received an email from him with a quote for $6000 with a 3% discount if booked within two weeks. I thought maybe it was a mistake, as I could not understand, after comparing his quote with the other quotes, how his could be so much less for the same work??? I called maybe six of his 20 or more references and they all were very positive, and said they would use him again; some were business references and they said they use Foothills on a regular basis. I then called Brook and asked if he did veterans, law-enforcement, and or senior discounts, which he did give me an additional 2%. I booked them, they came out on time, Brook introduced me to his crew who were doing the work, and by the end of the day they were done. I was pleased, and my HVAC company, pest control company, engineer, and others who have since gone into my crawlspace, have said what a great job Foothills did. They returned earlier this year to do an annual inspection.

Working with this company was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The company did a poor…read morejob managing expectations regarding the work to be delivered. The sales and consultation process strongly implied that we would receive a crawlspace encapsulation-type solution, but the final result was a vapor barrier covering less than the original. When we attempted to discuss our concerns, the owner was disengaged. Instead of partnering with us to resolve the issues, he took a hands-off approach and was unwilling to consider reasonable alternative solutions. He wouldn't personally come out to review the work even after requested. A reputable contractor should be willing to stand behind their work and collaborate with customers when expectations are not met. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I wouldn't work with this company again and I wouldn't recommend them to others.

After a time, the concrete sank and we wound up having some communication issues trying to get them back. That being said, the owner wound up getting involved and after apologizing, he more than made it right. It is easy for a company to have a good reputation when everything goes right. It is much harder to maintain that reputation when things go wrong. I would recommend this company to do the right thing even when things don't go as planned.
