I felt pressured to receive services that I did not want. I went in as an emergency patient with severe pain and was told that I would need a root canal and crown. After the initial exam I was told that I needed to have a cleaning since I was there and that my xrays showed deep pockets and bone loss. This was not surprising to me - I 've had this told to me before. Of course, I needed planing and scaling and then they wanted to use an antibiotic that my insurance did not cover. The cost would have been $999.00. I refused. Then it was time to check out and schedule the root canal. As I sat in the financial office, the woman was calculating away and I was told that all of the work needed would be about $4000.00 out of pocket!!! This was for the root canal and crown, which I was expecting, but then she told me that the dentist also said I needed another crown and my bridge replaced! None of this was discussed with me during the exam. I went back a week and a half later for the root canal and was told by the endodontist that the tooth should be pulled because there was a crack that went all the way to the root. So instead of the root canal and cap, I lost a tooth. Will not be returning to this location. They seem to be more concerned with upselling than with the health of their patients. read more

This surgery was absolutely horrible. Do not go here. I went to a new dentist for a cleaning and second opinion and was told I never should have had the surgery, that 2 mm recession isn't enough especially if it wasnt bothering me. The perio only covered 1 mm of the 2 mm recession and is saying I need a second surgery for the other mm, which insurance wont cover. My wife just went there and the only reason we are giving this a one star rating is because of the dental hygienist, Amy. The office says the blunt and to the point but being blunt is one thing and being rude and disrespectful to your patients is another thing. The dentist seemed to have a chip on his shoulder the whole time and seemed to have a bad attitude. My wife had to state on two different occasions that she felt the diagnosis from another office was wrong and felt she had cavities. After the second time of the dentist not believing her he looked in her mouth and found four cavities. She will not be going back to this office and if I was Amy I would find another office to work at. read more

Frank X. I went to ADS to have one tooth pulled. They pulled two, instead of one claiming it had to be done. After the double extraction I went to two other independent dentists and after reading the same X-ray told me one of the extractions was completely unnecessary. In addition, they charged me more money than they promised I'd have to pay and after my refusal to pay they sent me to collections. I have had a horrible discomfort since the extractions. I only gave 1 star because i had to!! Last Friday i had 2 lower wisdom teeth removed. I was put to sleep for this and it took them 5 trys to get an IV in me. I will post pictures if im able. Fast forward to today which is one week later. Ya see i had to wait 3 days after i called to get back in because of being in so much pain and i still had to drive 1 hour each way to be seen. I see the Dr and he says oh you're just taking longer to heal you are really swollen, red and tore up. I will call some more pain meds in and if it still bothers next week call again. Ok thank goodness ill be able to sleep and eat something other then jello or pudding. Well folks i honstley sat at the drug store an cried. I drove 2 hours to get poked at even more and to have 6 RX ibuprofen called in . The last 3 days im taking 1300mg of Tylenol and 600 mg of ibuprofen together an its not touching the pain. I even told the Dr what Ive been taking and he calls in 6 ibuprofen that I drove two hours to get. I called to talk to the Dr and he left for the day and i was told to call back Monday or wait till after 7 and call the on call Dr. WHAT?!? I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS CIRCUS AGAIN!! It has been over a month since my initial visit for a toothache. I still have not had my tooth extracted! I had to see a surgeon and then that was just a consultation and they wanted four grand for everything which is way too much money. Finally I had problems with the tooth because it began to break and I was in pain. I called three times and the person who answered was not able to prescribe anything. They said I had early gum disease and did a scaling/deep cleaning, for which an additional deep cleaning was performed on my bank account. Then I got real insurance and went to the real dentist across the street, who I've known since the 80s and is a top notch pro, and he said I didn't have gum disease. Then the hygienist tells me of multiple complaints she's heard about ADS involving inflated diagnoses leading to inflated procedures. Long story short: I got aligners from SmileDirect and the retainers with American Dental Solutions, in order to have the Hawley ones. Their retainers didn't work (about 4 appointments to make adjustments and 2 impressions), they moved my lower teeth towards and I can't fully close the mouth. SmileDirect sent me new aligners to fix the problem (honoring warranties), once I got them aligned (again), I went back to make a new impression for retainers... Guess what, they wanted me to pay again over $500 because I have my teeth re-aligned and they need to make impressions. Well, in first place, If wasn't for them none of this would happened and I would not be the one loosing $$ here to make them richer. I had to change dentists because of a change in insurance. I had to find one that was "in network" and excepting new patients. I chose one of the dentist at American Dental Solutions. I went to the Lancaster PA location for a cleaning at first and all was well. The place was clean and the staff professional. After the checkup they came out with a whole list of things that i needed done and insisted on a full scan of x-rays. I figured this was the normal new patient stuff. The doctor told me I needed a crown on several teeth but one in particular. I had heard this before so I figured I would go ahead and get it over with and scheduled for the crown. The price they quoted me was $824.00 I walked into my appointment and paid the money, which I was told was my co-pay. When I sat in the chair, I was handed a tablet and told to check off all these boxes by initialing next to each statement and signing the bottom. That is where I saw that they were asking me to pay $199 for "Upgraded tooth material" and another $180 for "Tooth warranty". I asked what the heck is this and was told that it is what was explained to me. I said, no, this was never talked about. I was told it was Ok because I already paid it and it wasn't an additional charge. So that means that my "Co-Pay" wasn't a Copay but an upgraded price that was never explained or broken down. I told them I was ready to walk out so they brought the office manager (I guess that is what she was) to talk to me. Her talking to me was her telling me that is just how they do things. No apology, no explanation on why I am paying almost double. I did walk out and demanded my money back. The office manager thought I meant the $199. I also reached out to get the dental report for my son's school district which was within the last year, the phone operator said I need to take a new appointment and they don't have the record. I shrugged them off and found another better dentist who told me the reason for my bone loss was because I grind my teeth at night. I take RELIGIOUS care of my teeth and always have for years. My new dentist told me my teeth are perfect like they should be. My new dentist (Dentist of Chester Springs, CHECK THEM OUT) carefully explained to me why this previous ADS dentist was wrong in his or /her diagnosis . I think him and the hygienist are in on this scam, because they made me wait in their dirty waiting room for 30 minutes after my scheduled time and I could listen to them talking to each other. If you read other Yelp reviews about this, you will notice that other people have had the same experience as me. They try to tell you that you have gum disease when you dont and they try to grift as many dollars as they can. F**** these people. Find a real dentist. American Dental Solution (ADS) is the worst medical experience of my life. After reading the other reviews, I can see a trend: the staff from all the ADS offices are guiding the patients to have dental work that is not really necessary, and then charging gigantic amounts of money for the unnecessary work. I started working with ADS back, at the beginning of 2023 with a check-up of my denture. I was told that I would need a Lower Partial denture. I've asked for the price for this procedure. The person in charge of the financial part was more interested in telling me about the out-of-pocket amount which is in fact warranty for either two or four years, and not dental work performed. I have refused. Then they said I have gum disease and need special treatment. (Does this sound familiar? Look at the other complaints). I've had this done during two appointments. At the end of the first one, the hygienist gave me some products to use, without letting me know there will be an out-of-pocket charge for them. The billing department is awful and the Office Manager is a person you cannot talk to because she just overtalks you. For this periodontal work they charged my insurance, plus they charged me for two "Insurance adjustments", even though my insurance did not make any adjustment - they've paid in full the claimed amounts. As for the lower partial denture, this is a looong story. The bottom line is this: They charged my insurance on 01.16.2023 in the amount of $1025.00 for delivering a "Mandibular partial denture" to me. But as of today, 05.09.2023 (almost 4 months later) I still don't have the denture, they are still working on it. In the meantime, my dentist has moved from the clinic located in my city to a different location far away from my house. Now I have to drive 30 miles one way to get to their location. This is the second time they've called me the day prior to my appointment to let me know the appointment is canceled because the "case" is still not ready. I'm not sure if something will be done about this review, because if anyone would do anything about these reviews, I assume there would not be these many bad reviews coming since the previous years up until 2023. But I'm submitting this review just to advise people to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. read more

So, I had to take time off from work at the last minute, which I did because they scared me into thinking all my teeth were going to loosen and fall out. The OOP price for one side of my mouth went from $400 and change to $900 and change overnight! After calling my DH and putting them on the phone with him, he was told it would be $400 for that visit which I paid at the time of the visit. The other side of my mouth couldn't be done because supposedly I needed a root canal on a back tooth. Reluctantly, I got the root canal done at one of their other offices. 'Should have gotten a second opinion but insurance wouldn't cover this and it's just more money OOP. The dentist informed me that he couldn't put a temporary crown on or fit me for a crown because I needed tooth lengthening!!!! He filled the root canal hole with very, very little filling and the tooth broke shortly thereafter. Tooth lengthening is another upsell of theirs BEWARE! So, now I guess I have to get a prosthetic put in place of this tooth. Beware of this company. They are a money, hungry conglomerate who pushes procedures on you and scares you into getting them done the next day! The women in the office didn't like the fact that I was aware of my dental coverage and that I challenged them on the fact that in one night my OOP costs went up $500! After all of this, I received a bill in the mail for $30. That isn't a large sum of money, but I was told I had paid everything I was responsible for OOP at the office visit. I had them mail me a detailed list of charges and was going to fight them on the charge but decided $30 wasn't worth the fight. I paid them and ran away fast. I found another, great dentist! The staff is friendly....however this dentist franchise is a scam. From the time I was filling out my new patient forms I could tell there would be a push to sell unnecessary work. The forms were heavy on 'gum issues'. Ive used this practice years before and had good experiences but since then its clear there has been a shift in the 'care'. When I got to the desk and checked in I overheard someone telling a patient they had gum disease. Then I waited in the waiting room for 15-20 mins after my appointment was supposed to start. I get called back and while im getting xrays I hear the hygienist telling another 'customer' they have periodontal disease and need special cleaning. Thats 2 people in the matter of 25 mins....and I havent even made it to the chair yet. I already know that they are going to say something similar to me now (Yet I came in here for routine, no actual issue or discomfort) (also id be embarrassed if another person next to me heard this patient has gum disease, no privacy) Anyway the very nice hygienist was poking around my gums. I told her I did not want that, I came in for cleaning and xrays and they did not do this before.....Without allowing them to do that they would not clean my teeth bc they wouldnt know if I need the normal 6 month cleaning or something more. If I am personally refusing to let them do that bc I had a bad feeling, if they were in the business of caring for their patients, wouldnt they want to provide at minimum a 6 month basic cleaning, you would think that would be helpful at bare minimum. After visiting the dentist at the Gilbertsville office we were referred to the Pottstown office endodontist to confirm if a root canal was possible. The actual appointment with the endodontist was only about 5 minutes and he confirmed a root canal could be done. The front desk / staff however stated our insurance doesn't cover specialist procedures, we asked who else can do a root canal and was told some dentist do them. We were then told the endodontist is not in network. We left the office with no appointment, no help on how to have the root canal done and puzzled as to why we wasted our time at that office. - After many phone calls with insurance, other endodontists offices, and the call center for American Dental the misinformation has been cleared and we have decided to go to the Wyomissing office for the root canal and continue seeing the dentist at the Gilbertsville office. read more

Avoid this butcher shop at all costs. So where do I even start? Ok, so the last final straw with this place was when they stuck needles into my gums and said that if I did not start using "arrestin" an expensive product that treats gum disease, that I would start losing my teeth within two years. This was after a long string of incidents where they uphold me on everything from mouthwash to nighttime dental inserts. And it was after they needlessly advised me to remove a wisdom tooth I had had for the last twenty years that wasn't causing any problems. So back to the arrestin scam. They "measured" the pockets in my gums to be a number "4-6". In doing so they made my gums bleed for two days. This was a false measurement in my opinion. The treatment was to cost thousands of dollars. When I told the dentist I needed to consult my wife, he smacked his lips and made a face. Highly unprofessional!!! Then I got a second opinion. My new (and current) dentist told me I did not need the arrestin at all and said my teeth were fine. This was two years ago and my teeth are fine now. I normally do not have issues with my teeth but unfortunately chew ice due to being iron anemic. That being said my back molar #18 had a filling that broke down to the nerve. So I called them and got in the same day it was either crown or pull so of course I went with extraction. I had a similar issue with its mate molar on the top a few years back and during a surgery I had bit down on the tube and broke that tooth. I had it extracted at Lehigh Valley Maxofacial oral surgeons with no pain no problems afterwards back to work the next day even though a piece of my sinus bone was extracted with it...and YES I was awake. Now back to #18 got home had pain called American dental said the Dr would call never did. Excruciating pain all that night called in the AM day 2 went back he cleaned it out and put a paste in it had me bite on gauze said to keep that in for a few hours everything looked good..day 3 pain pain pain ended up in the ER with a nerve block shot in my sore cheek went back to dentist that morning said it was a dry socket, scrapped the bone, irrigated it and packed with foam and sutures were put in. The next 2 days (Sat and Sun) 2 visits to emergency centers that can't do much with dental related issues gave me a toradol shot seemed to ease the pain. Now this morning Day 6 in the ER received toradol via IV was GRATEFUL, MY B.p. is skyrocketing out of this world from dealing with this pain and not to mention my anxiety from dealing now how many days of pain and a Dr that is making me feel like it's all me and that it feel I just have "little pain tolerance" meanwhile trying to find another oral surgeon who will take me (due to liabilities of someone else's f0ck up) and not have to wait another 3 days to be seen. I got a call back from Berks Oral Surgery and i am EXTREMELY grateful and owe my sanity to them. It was another dry socket (no I do NOT smoke, I did NOT use a straw I was more or less eating pudding and jello) he cleaned it, removed the sutures and packed it with a medicated gauze I will be seen back by him in 2 days to see how it is healing and if it will need to be packed again until it is healed or not. Oh and on top I also found out I now I have an ulcer at the site thank goodness I AM taking antibiotics and praying I do NOT get an infection on top of this NIGHTMARE. Plus I am out of work from 1/2 day Wednesday Thursday Friday and am out until Thursday. The last time I missed the day the tooth was extracted so that alone says something is/was not right. I do NOT bad mouth places but I do believe in telling my story so others are aware and don't have the same outcome. I used to really like this place but my recent experiences have been so bad that I have pulled my files and am going somewhere else. The last few times I and my family went: 1. they had put all of my family members' appts under my name which caused a whole lot of confusion and multiple 20 minute drives each way. 2. they lost my records and told me they had no record of me ever being there even though I had been going there for years. 3. they sold me this super expensive toothpaste that they said I absolutely needed for my gums. I used it for 2 weeks; it did nothing for my gums, and the resulting tooth sensitivity (which I never had before!) became unbearable. So now I have a $50 tube of junk. 4. they told me I needed my old fillings removed and replaced, and another 7 new fillings added, among a LONG list of other extremely pricey "necessities". I am very diligent with keeping my teeth healthy; they are strong, my gums don't bleed, I was there for a routine cleaning - so either a. they are lying to rope me into purchasing more things I don't need or b. all of a sudden my teeth went from healthy and strong to needing almost $5000 worth of work in a matter of a year? I still have the paperwork they gave me with the quote on it as proof. Needless to say, I am going to get a second opinion. 5. No compassion. No empathy. Again been going there for years, gave them a LOT of our money. I left my house early to avoid morning traffic but due to construction blocking access to the office, I was about 5 minutes late. Before I could even say anything, or apologize, or discuss it with them- the receptionist said 'sorry we can't take you, you are too late' - she cut me off at the knees and the conversation was over. 5 minutes after driving for an HOUR! I tried to explain the construction and traffic situation and I, in my frustration, dared to utter the phrase 'it took a f**** hour for me to get here'. WELL, she began condescendingly schooling me about 'watching my language' in front of her adult subordinates who I am certain have not only heard but routinely used the very jargon I did. Then told me I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM WHILE DRIVING THROUGH CONSTRUCTION ZONES to let them know I was going to be late. Would that have actually made a difference since she dismissed me as soon as I walked in? Would calling ahead rewind the clock? Should I have risked a moving violation in a construction zone so that we can all adhere to the arbitrary "rules" established by some scammer dentist? I had just driven in a hour's worth of heavy traffic, I left work for this, for nothing. I never wanted to be late- I wasn't careless about it, there's literally heavy construction and bumper to bumper traffic on every road surrounding the practice. Shouldn't the staff keep that in mind, especially for people who aren't local? Show a little empathy to your patients when they are a few minutes late because you know darn well that the reason is beyond anyone's control?? To the receptionist: I am sorry for cussing, I know this was a major point of contention for you. While I could have used a variety of language, I felt at the time, that it was the best use of the word when describing the amount of time I inched along in traffic. I would bet my salary that you and your subordinates use cuss words at work all day long AND I am certain you are late for things too sometimes. I do hope for your sake that the next time you are late and frazzled and struggling to communicate that you get treated the same way you treated me so you can see how it feels. Reality check: You are not a cop, you work at a front desk in a dentists office in Norristown. Please don't pretend like you are perfect and always follow the rules, because you're not and you don't and neither are/do your shyster employers. For anyone looking into going to ADS, at this practice compassion, empathy, and humility don't factor into their bottom line, so no need for it I guess. I wish I could give them ZERO stars, but unfortunately that's not an option at Yelp. They have literally ZERO respect for your time or appointments. I usually setup my appointments for Saturdays, and since they're so booked on that day (understandably), I have to book them 4-6 months in advance. However, without fail, they will inexplicable call 2 weeks before the appointment and cancel it, with ZERO effort on trying to give you any kind of replacement for it, and they'll act as if its not their fault. Here's a list of excuses you can expect to hear from them: 1. The person doing the cleaning is pregnant and had to cut down her hours OR they are out sick 2. We are understaffed that day 3. We are cutting down our office hours for Saturdays (latest excuse, fresh as of June 2019 !!). On top of that, the office staff will offer you an "alternate" appointment that's atleast 3 months out, and expect you to not complain. If you ask that you speak to the person in charge, they will state that they are not allowed to give you that information. They will charge you in full for things paid by insurance and also overcharge you for visits and tell you that you will get refunded when insurance pays out. They would pull my tooth as i was crying in pain because since i just paid it, it might not refreshe din the system yet so they dont know if I am lying or not. I ended uo just paying more money that they said " would be refunded as soon as that payment clears" Well i never recieved the refund and now four months later I had to schedule a cleaning and they tried telling me i owe the same money again!!!!! This is one of the most disappointing institutions I have come to in Pennsylvania. Three different times I have driven over an hour to their office, each time in the belief I would be getting my wisdom teeth extracted. However, they FAILED to communicate errors on their side of insurance coverage. The receptionist first told us to contact a another doctor under ADS. The exact same day the ADS "director of scheduling" spoke to myself stating they "are completely unaware" of the receptionist I had spoken to and must continue to schedule the wisdom extraction. ADS then pushed back my appointment, I show for my appointment (an hour-ish drive) and their response is that I will need to cover the 4,000$ for the next 90 days before my insurance would offer coverage. I then reschedule my appointment (for the same doctor) as ADS informed me they had made a mistake entering my old insurance card instead of my current insurance information. This leads me to my last occurring problem with ADS. I've fasted for my appointment and wisdom extraction, driven over an hour due to an accident (not their problem), arrive ahead of time, give my information, and they ask for a $1,900+ copayment. Knowing my family cannot afford this my heart dropped. They told me the director of scheduling had given us the wrong information, leading us to keep contact with a doctor who is "out of network" with my dental insurance. The Office Coordinator furthered by saying they could not help me at their office. This was my last chance at getting my wisdom teeth out before I should be flying to the University of Miami to further my education. Instead of acknowledging the fact that the ADS director of scheduling had no communication with the Trappe office, they continued to state that they had emailed me that my insurance wouldn't be accepted. However, the Director of scheduling was the person who told us to disregard that email as they "do not know the people who sent me the email." I was trying to explain to them how terribly this would effect my health and with hold me from arriving to college on time. I did not prepare for a 3 separate setbacks. I should be in Miami for school; however, I will need to wait in order to schedule a following appointment. The office did not take responsibility and the "Office Coordinator" began to laugh as I exited stating "You really need to lighten up." He continued to smile at me as if to patronize a minor. I'm sure he felt really good sarcastically putting me in my place when I reserved only to asking questions as to how this may have happened. You may ask how this all happened? It's because people didn't do their job. Unless you have a year to spare for one singular appointment, I would move on to another practice. And if u have United Concordia I would run away from this practice. They also proclaimed I could not speak to their higher up as they are barred from offering such information in order to contact a manager. So they can make any mistake they choose. I would like to say the receptionist at the Trappe office was extremely sympathetic and understanding (and there to do her job)! However, I would like to make it very clear how inappropriate the Office Coordinator carried himself. I would not have written this if I wasn't patronized as I left the building. My first time at this location went okay. Doctor and staff are very friendly but my only complaint would be my wait time for a scheduled appointment was 25 minutes which was insane because I was literally the first one to arrive yet everyone else who arrived after me was seen first. Although by the time I was seen the staffs & doctors friendliness made me forget about the wait. read more

This is by far the worst dental office I have ever been to! If I could give zero stars I would. I've only been here a few times. The first time was fine. I guess this office is good as long as you don't have any issues. They took X-rays because I was having issues which is fine, that's what they should do. I had to wait months for a cleaning. Finally, the cleaning day arrived. I went, the hygienist was great but she isn't usually at that office, she was just there from another office filling in for the usual hygienist. So they take X-rays, didn't even check to see if my insurance would pay for them first. Well, my insurance wouldn't pay for them because they only cover X-rays once a calendar year. I get a bill and had to call several times to get this resolved. I wasn't going to pay for X-rays that I wasn't informed I would have to pay. I wasn't going to go back. I get a call from the office manager who said she was going to disregard the bill for the X-rays, how sorry she was that I was having trouble and for me to give them another chance. So I said that it was nice she called and I would give them another chance. Shortly after that my tooth that I had a crown on fell off and I was going to Europe in a couple of days. I call the office to see if they could get me in to recement it. I had to leave a message with a call center because you can never call the office directly. And that was only after I told the receptionist about my emergency and that I was leaving for Europe and she wanted to make an appointment for me in 3 days. I was missing a tooth in the front and going to Europe. I can't wait 3 days. I made an appointment with another dentist who got me right in. Fast forward, I'm now in Europe, my front tooth is fine but my back tooth breaks. I come home a few days later and call this office right away that Monday. Same thing, The call center operator wanted to make an appointment a few days later. I said this is an emergency, my tooth broke, I'm in pain and can barely eat. So she has someone from the office call me to get me in that day. Mind you, the three times I went here, there was never anyone else there waiting besides me. So it's not like they have a room full of people that they can't fit me in. I get to the office and they call me in. All I wanted Dr. Mariani to do was to recement my crown back so I could eat properly. I was getting implants in a few months and this would just be a temporary fix. He says he couldn't because he would be liable. Even though I've had other crowns fall off before and other dentists didn't have a problem with it but whatever. So they take another X-ray which they didn't have to take because all he did was sand down the pointy pieces of the broken tooth so my tongue wouldn't rub on it. I told him that I wasn't too happy with this office and he says to me " Well, we don't need you either". " I'm an independent contractor and I can decide who I want to see in this office "! I have never had a supposed professional talk to me this way! I felt like I was in high school, not a dentist office. So he sands my tooth down, and then apologizes for the way the office treated me, even though he didn't even ask why I wasn't happy! And he treated me way worse than the office did! I will never step foot in this office again even if they were the last dentist on earth and all of my teeth fell out! I did a survey that they sent me and I explained what happened and not one person called me to apologize or find out what happened. Obviously they don't care! I guess that's why Dr. Mariani can say whatever he wants to say because no one does anything about it! read more

I had to use American Dental Solutions during the Covid-19 outbreak because of a broken tooth. The initial visit was great, I liked the dentist and the staff was really good. I had to visit an orthodontist however since the tooth needed to be extracted so I went to another office of American Dental Solutions to have the extraction done. It was then that I discovered just how BAD this dental company is. My tooth was literally hanging on by a thread so I was looking forward to having it extracted, however my appointment had to be cancelled through no fault of the office since they had no power. I could not get the office to reschedule (I was at the office when the power outage occurred), instead they told me I had to call the 800 number; which I did. The soonest the people answering the 800 number could get me another appointment was a month later! I pushed and pushed and the person on the phone (not located at the office) finally relented and gave me an appointment a week later. I accepted the appointment, but couldn't wait because I was in pain so I pulled the tooth myself and kept the appointment so they could clean up the mess. Since then I have been inundated with emails to schedule a follow up and/or a tooth cleaning to which I have responded agreeing to the follow up and giving them three different dates and times. I have yet to receive a call back to book the appointment or telling me that I need to choose another date. In fact there has been NO response at all to my emails. About 3 months later I received an invoice. Thinking I had already paid, I called the billing department (no answer) and left a messages requesting that they confirm that I owed them money. I heard NOTHING (no follow up call, no follow up invoice) until today - January 14, 2021 - almost 5 months later when I received an invoice in the mail telling me I had an overdue balance. This company doesn't care a bit about their patients. If you try to call the office to speak to the receptionist about your appointment, you must call the 800 number. The people answering the 800 number refuse to let you speak to the office where your procedure took place. They just don't seem to care. I will not be going back. They are terrible. read more
