The Endo they recommended drilled a hole in a perfectly healthy tooth (perforating the root space). After seeing a good dentist, X-rays showed there was nothing wrong with the root canal. However, I needed the tooth pulled because the unnecessary hole that was drilled in my tooth caused an actual issue. If this wasn't enough, I have untreated cavities and was told I had other dental issues that doesn't exist. Run from this practice.

My lips are thinner I look older and I look horrible in every photo that I take. I guess extracting teeth was easier for the plan than recommending back implants. A choice I have regretted for years. After doing a little research, I came across a mouth device, called Thornton Adjustable Positioner, (TAP 3), which is a mouth device much like an Invisalign. The next step would be to figure out which orthodontist would offer the device. I made an appointment to see Dr. Iyer at Dr. Segal and Iyer Orthodontics, located at 501 NJ - 73 #202 Marlton New Jersey. I can honestly say I've never been to a facility more organized, and with 21st-century technology. Dr. Iyer was extremely amazing! She was able to sit with me and educate me on exactly how the device worked and how it's going to benefit my sleep habits. I will definitely recommend anyone with sleep apnea or any orthodontic issues to see Dr. Iyer. You will not be disappointed. The young men barely spoke to me (even when I spoke to them) as they instructed me on what needed done and how to hold my mouth while shinning very bright light in my face. Everyone I met there looks like they came out of a Disney movie, very young and focused on outward appearances more than relationship. The whole experience was awkward and did not feel like a visit with a doctor or dentist. At the end it also felt prescriptive...do Invisalign even if it's not right for you and pay.
