This is one of the worst American Deli locations. I gave them a 2nd chance today and was disappointed with the quality of food. I asked for lemon pepper wings dry and they tried to serve me old refried chicken wings. It took them 20 minutes to redo my order and it was still a shady 10 piece wing. No one in there was wearing gloves at all. I didn't even want it but I had pre-paid for it. I asked the lady if they could toss my wings in the lemon pepper sprinkles and she said no. If I were you I'd choose a different location. I will never come back to this location. Definitely check your food before you leave if you decide to go to this location. DO NOT PATRONIZE AMERICAN DELI IN SNELLVILLE. 50 cents is enough to loose a customer apparently. The restaurant treated me like a second class citizen. 1. They messed up my order by not charging me for teriyaki sauce. I asked twice and the lady behind the counter didn't understand because her English was bad. 2. When I tried to pay for the sauce that they forgot they told me there was a $4 minimum if I use the card. The problem is, THEY made the mistake, not me. 3. When I explained that this was poor customer service I was asked to leave. American deli is a Korean own franchise that is rapidly expanding throughout Georgia. You really can't go anywhere and not see a American deli. Even through it is a franchise be warn that every American deli is not the same. Some place the taste and price is different and close on Sunday. I only get wings here because the other item like fried shrimp is nasty. The shrimp taste worse then the frozen box at the grocery. Also this place don't Nickle and dime you for requesting all flat or half and half but they do charge for refill which is dumb. I like the wings here because they are just the right size. I like my wings on the small size because there more skin and bone to chew on. But not all deli are the same as I stated. One time I was given the wrong flavor wings but they still pass it off as lemon pepper(my favorite) even through it was sweet. Never had lemon pepper that was sweet. The lemon pepper wings here are toss in lemon pepper sauce rather than dry lemon pepper seasoning which give it a more intense pucker which I love. The fries are mini crinkle fries and always serve hot and crunchy. I like to sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on my fries and dip it in the extra sauce. Just order wings and fries and you should be good. They other menu item are more filler and a big disappointment. read more

I received my order and I had 7 drumsticks and 3 flats I was not satisfied I explained to the rude gentleman at the counter that he should have given me 5 flats and 5 drumsticks as usual. DO NOT EAT THE FISH OR THE FRIED RICE!!!!!! I placed an order for a fish combo and selected fried rice as my side. This was a mistake and a message not to patronize this place again. I watch a lot of Bar Rescue and Kitchen Nightmares, so my expectations are extremely high with food establishments. The people preparing the food are obviously not trained Chefs or Cooks for that matter. Personal hygiene is not a requirement for this establishment. No gloves are used by anyone. Employees visibly use their cell phones and proceed to handle food without washing their hands. The cashier is allowed to handle money hand to hand with every customer and handle the food with the same unsanitary hands. I was able to consume about a quarter of the meal before having an instant stomach ache that led to non stop diarrhea. I trashed the rest. Other reviews I have read are correct. The Asian owner does not like the locals and only tolerates them for their hard earned money. read more
