Amazing for women, real estate agents, businesses, etc. The trainer was also patient and fast paced. How, idk...but he showed us what to do and came back to it. The class is 45min and I never sweat....I did today!!! I enjoyed everything about the space. My son had a good time too. Make sure to book online for classes. Spaces are limited. Also, checking in gets you a little discount on these already inexpensive classes. Boxing is such a great workout, but they have other classes too if that's not for you. My wife decided to take advantage of their family plan herself and began working out with the kids in November. After breaking her leg and dislocating her ankle last year, she's recovering and strengthening her ankle. The environment is so encouraging and empowering. The coaches strike a great balance between pushing you to go a bit further than you did the time before and allowing you to listen to your body to avoid overdoing it. So I just moved to Texas, I have been doing BJJ on and off for 10 plus years. Been to a bunch of…read moreplaces. I was grabbing a cup of Coffee with my wife and came across Alliance Jiu Jitsu. I walked in and was greeted by Professor. Snow and his wife who were warming up. They paused introduced them selves and gave me the info on everything they do. Came back and got in on their open mat on Wednesday. They have a lot of talent that comes in and a diverse class schedule. Women's open mats happen occasionally and hopefully find a slot in the rotation. The kids classes are taught by Coach Ashley and I have been acting as her assistant when I can get off work early enough. I give this place 4 stars based on the quality of Jiu Jitsu, the 5th star is reflective how Sam and his wife run the dojo. It's always neat and clean and they treat everyone like family. I am the newest member and they go above and beyond, asking me how my move and settling into my new community. If you live in the area or are new you should stop in get a look at the place and see if you can add to the family. Hope to see you on the mat!
