There are two in present close proximity to me and this one in Oak Park usually is my go to. I was here twice recently. I recycle my empty ink cartridges here too. I had a huge bag to recycle although you can only do 10 cartridges at a time. I must say this location is never out of the cartridges that I need. Also on the one trip, I was able to get a 3-ream box of their printer paper for $13. I think that is a pretty good deal and will last me a good spell. They also carry my absolute favorite notebook by Cambridge, which is black with a hard cover. It is great for note taking! On a second trip, I went in search of a large academic calendar to organize a project. And to no surprise to me, they had the calendar available in several different sizes. The service is good! I appreciated the young lady telling me more about the recycle options and getting a $20 reward that I used on my 2nd trip. This store is very clean and organized. The only problem I have ever witnessed here is the trash cans outside at the entrance are always on the brink of overflowing.

This guarantee is posted everywhere and even advertised in big bold letters on their door. When I arrived 28 minutes later, I found there's no designated parking for curbside orders. So, I called and no answer. Went inside the store and there's only one cashier and a long line. No signs anywhere about curbside pick up or merchandise pickup. Waited in line 20 minutes and the cashier paged the online orders rep. She told me she would get my order and bring it back. She never returned. Asked for a manager who was not helpful and even seemed like he hated his job. They never found my order. This whole process took over an hour. All of the employees are like walking zombies, just existing and doing nothing. They appear to be unhappy with their job and leadership as well as the processes. I doubt this location will exist much longer if they don't get it together.

Asked for help by the print area, don't do that. They sent me to the wrong aisle. Luckily I found it an aisle off. Service was slow and sparse either to her help or to cash out. There was only 2 left and one looked quite handled, often. Place is rather shabby too.

Yelled at my mother who was in the background, lied about what the corporate number was, store manager refused to give their first name . And accused me of saying these invoices will be around when my father is dead. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will not only never go back to this location again but will never give business to this corporation again.
