As soon as we ventured to the suit area I walked up to Chris for assistance. He immediately gave us the suit jacket size and gave us the run down on suits. Basically no suit is the same and each has it's on personality ( fit,style, cut). Chris was attentive and patient. Once the suit was chosen we were sent to go try it on and get measured for alterations. The alterations lady was able to accommodate with a quick turn around time for a very small fee. Once he was all fitted we had to tackle the shirt/tie situation. Chris had a shirt and tie laid out for us. The service we received at this location was excellent and I would recommend this store to anyone.

From personal experience, it is safe to say that this store is noticeably more exquisite than the flagship store in New Orleans -- one of the highest grossing locations in the nation. In fact, and indeed in my limited experience, only the NYC stores trump this BB in both decor and inventory. My only regret is the seemingly limited store hours. The employees had an exceptional eye for detail when measuring us. They examined us, and knew exactly where to cut when extra fabric was a problem. You might get less than stellar service if you walk in without an appointment, which is unfortunate. But given that our assigned employee spent almost two hours measuring us, i can see why they'd give less stellar service to walk-in customers. Touch the fabric they have on display at your own risk. Multiple customers grabbed the fabric to feel the texture while we were there, and who knows if they had the coronavirus on their hands.
