Went yesterday to try it on and had to take time off work because they now have shortened hours. Our shoes never came and the young man continued to tell us we were wrong even though our receipts said we had shoes. Shirts didn't fit a number of us. Back there today for different shirt. Glad it fits but still the back and forth regarding the shoe issue. Manager/owner was unapologetic other than to see the kid was wrong (we knew) and they would order them. So that means I go back a third time? We either have to bring our tuxes back after the wedding about 40 minutes away or we can meet the guy in the parking lot Monday morning after the wedding at 10am. Again, unapologetic and acts like he is doing us a favor. Very poor experience. Make sure you come in a couple days before you need your tux and try on everything. I needed: bigger shoes, bigger shirt, longer pants and larger jacket. The vest and bow-tie were fine...fortunately they had everything on hand to get me set up on the spot. Maybe their sizes run small? They recently moved a few doors down and the changing area is pretty slapped together and dark. Service was good overall.
