However, the night before me and my two kids were supposed to land at DIA to come home, they sent me an email (did not bother calling) that stated they were changing the rate from $100 to $240 to take us back to our home because it was New Years Eve (despite the prior arranged rate). This company is not an attentive nor organized transportation service. Not only did they show up 20…read moremin late for our 8pm pick-up, causing us to miss our dinner reservation, but we could not get a hold of the driver when we wanted to leave Miami and head back home to Ft. Lauderdale. We paid for what was marketed as an on-call limo service, and the driver was not responsive nor at the ready to pick us up when we needed him. As a result, we had to order 5+ ubers costing $65 each in order to get home. I tried to get a refund on half of our payment, as we were only provided half of the service, but the owner was unwilling to give us the refund. Please do not use this service if you want to have an attentive/prompt driver.
