They called me two times that day, one to give an estimated time of arrival and another time to Let me know they would be there within approximately 30 minutes, which I really appreciated. The two installers who came were VERY polite, quiet, worked quickly and were extremely meticulous. They arrived approximately 1:30 and the job was finished by 4pm. A full basement and staircase carpeted. They even cleaned up SPOTLESS! The owner of the company even called before the installers left to make sure I was happy with the job and cleanup and overall experience, THAT was extremely appreciated and so professional on his part! My husband and I are beyond happy with the beautiful job they did. After some not-so- great experiences with big companies in the past, this was a refreshing surprise. ill recommend this carpet was purchased from Home Depot and this company is contracted through Home Depot and I feel the price point was where I needed to be. I'm not gonna say that's cheap or expensive. It's where I needed it to be. I had a wonderful experience with this company from Communication beforehand to completion of carpet installation. They were very respectful of my property, as well as respectful of my pets and aware while opening and closing the door of my pets. I was made aware of any communication that needed to be talked about by one of the installation, men From the beginning to the end They arrived in your standard work van And had all of the right equipment to do the installation The installation also came with furniture removal, which we did not need. We did have a very large couch that was difficult to fit through the door and they were able to work around that but the offer is there from the company to help you remove any furniture. As well as removal of the old carpet and padding, which is a plus when you live in the city in an apartment I have attached before and after photos If I could make one recommendation, it would be to have coordinating T-shirts with the company name on it and or some sort of labeling on the work van, but don't let that deter you. I cannot even begin to explain what a horrible job this company has done installing flooring on my house. First, they did not make any effort to notice that there was flooring installed under the floors I was having removed. They admitted this could have easily been done by lifting the floor registers to determine that there was flooring underneath. They did not. So, when they showed up to install my flooring they explained that they had to remove the flooring underneath and this was going to cost an additional $2,000+ including leveling. When they poured the leveling concrete, they negligently failed to cover vents, causing the concrete to pour down the vent, through the drop ceiling of my basement, and then all over my basement bedroom windows, window fixtures, furniture, and carpet causing $7,000+ in damage. Then they gouged my newly painted walls all throughout my home by dragging their shop vac all around and by banging the quarter rounds into the walls. This was an additional $2,800 in damage they caused. Now, three months later the flooring they installed is coming apart. They returned to assess the situation and determined that nearly half of the main floor has to be completely redone, including parts of the stairs. The two guys who they sent out here initially to do the install really should not be allowed to be practicing this trade anymore. I am hopeful the guy who came out today can do a better job than the fist two people that came out. I am just really regretful of choosing The Home Depot who works with this company. I wish I had used a different company. We were supposed to list our home for sale in March and now we cannot because of the damage they've caused and because the floors have to be redone. Also, I don't even know how the installers did this, but they discharged a nail into my ceiling with a nail gun, and the guys who came over initially urinated all over my daughter's bathroom (floor, walls, toilet, and even shower curtain). It's almost as if they did such a bad job on purpose. Please be cautious when selecting a floor company to install your floors. read more

We had the carpet on our stairs and upstairs hallway replaced. ACS was the company doing the install for Home Depot for our job. We were very pleased with the pre-install process which included a preliminary call to setup install date and discuss the details and make sure we had our questions answered like did we need to remove moldings and existing carpets, pad, etc! There was also a call the day before letting us know what timeframe the installers would be arriving. Not sure if this is always included but ACS removed the existing carpet and pad, put down new tack strips where needed, and even patched a small uneven spot on one step we had before installing new pad and the new carpet. The installers worked away and took their time cutting and fitting everything around some pretty complex corners, molding, and stairs we have. When they left we had nice new carpet that the kids just can't stop talking about how fresh and updated things look and how soft the new carpet is!
