He was able to deconstruct my standing and walking posture and the way I sat at my desk and figure out it was a case of sciatica, not a calf pull. The pressure I was putting on the sciatic nerve through the low back down to the calf due to incorrect posture was the root cause. No one had made these connections before and long story short, I am able to run five miles now without pain. In addition he's accessible by text if I have a question as I don't live in Marblehead. Frank thinks outside the box and really takes a wholisitic view of health and healing when working with his patients.
