Because of the sensors and technology in the vehicle, I was honestly hesitant about using Safelite. The out of pocket cost would have been around $4,000 to $5,000, so we ended up filing a claim through our insurance. Our technician, Juda, was excellent. He called early to let me know he was overbooked that morning when my appointment was scheduled, which I appreciated. Not long after that he called back and said he was on his way. The job ended up taking about 30 minutes longer than he initially estimated, but Juda was professional, informative, and clearly took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. He worked hard to ensure the vehicle was back to normal and that all of the sensors and systems were functioning properly. I was genuinely concerned about having Safelite work on a higher end vehicle like an Audi Q7, but Juda did a fantastic job. Everything works perfectly and the installation looks great. Overall it was a very positive experience.

If you are, thank you so much for your help. I was 2 hours away from home after an 1800 mile drive from CA, when my windshield cracked and I had to pull over. My insurance company recommended Glass Doctor. I was exhausted and wasn't sure how long this would take but Glass Doctor came through in record time.
