Absolutely horrible, stay away. I took my car here to have some scratches on the driver side rear…read moredoor fixed, along with a couple of stone chips on the hood. Starting with the hood and the chip repairs, I ended up having paint runs that while not visible with the hood closed, is not right. To go along with that there is overspray and unfinished blending that created a wrought area. They also managed to break my hood latch. Then we move to the driver side rear door repair. While the scratches have been taken care of, the finish is so flat that the doors do not even match. Instead of removing the lower door trim all the way, they bent it up and is not riveted in place instead of the smooth clip/glue on it was from the factory. Then we come to the rest of the car. I now have scratches and divots in the plastic of the rear bumper. Scratches down the passenger's side of the car and on the passenger's mirror, along with red scuff marks. There were no scratches before I took my car here, and the fact that it's on the opposite side from the repair area displeases me very much. I picked the car up on a friday, and took it back immediately on the following monday. At that point the owner acknowledged all of these issues and informed me he would take care of it. He informed me he would not be able to get the car back in until the next week. I took the car back to drop it off today, and immediately was accused by the owners wife of all of the scratches being caused by me during the week they could not get the car back in. We will wait and see if the car gets fixed, but at this point all I can think is never again. My advice to anyone who needs work done don't be fooled by the lower price quote, it is not worth it. All of the employee's i've had to deal with seem to have a unexplained dislike of German/European cars, and having to work on them. (had to hear several times about how terrible it was to work on a SAAB they had in the shop, and how difficult it would be to find replacement parts for my Audi that they broke) Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!

Like a bonehead, I ran out '04 Sequoia into a tree one snowy morning, at about 3 mph. $3000 worth…read moreof damage!!! I wanted to find a good, quality body shop with a decent turnaround time and loaner cars. I knew of an old family friend nearby, but I also knew that it would be a while before we got our car back, so I started searching the Internet locally and found Precision Collision in Westfield. Impressed by their website and the looks of their shop, I figured they had to be doing something right. I was even more impressed when the Geico damage inspector in Stevens Point knew this fellow by name and said, "oh, yeah, they do great work!". SInce the Sequoia is my wife's car, I was worried about a loaner car as well. Our vehicle was scheduled for work on a specific day, my wife was given a very nice late model VW as a loaner and we were told when the car would be ready. And it was ready, exactly when we were told it would be. And it was done beautifully, and the price was exactly as quoted. All OEM parts were used whenever possible as well. You can't ask for much more than that. Highly recommended.

reckless and fictitious review? That is where you are false Tim. I have our conversation recorded,…read morewhere you admitted to leaving my car unlocked And were unapologetic. Copy and paste the link to hear your first story. Do you need a reminder of our conversation on 1/6/25, where the story changed? I have that audio. https://www.facebook.com/share/14kzKs9Ew4/?mibextid=wwXIfr I had to have my insurance company follow up with you to see if my car was complete. As you can see from the texts, that was on 1/6/25. I picked up my car on 1/6/25. Your statement about "not releasing" my car due to me not paying is false. I was in an insurance covered rental car. Do you really think they are going to continue to pay for my rental knowing my car is complete? Not once did I deny to pay my bill, which was only my deductible, mind you. You stated you couldn't waive the deductible because that's illegal. I never asked you to waive it. Also, where did you get the information that I had auto body work done and didn't return to that shop? Because that is also false. This is my first claim. I've had the same insurance company since 2012. Should I contact my insurance company and get my claim information/history? And you saying I tried to take advantage of a small business? Far from, again, I chose your business because of the number of years you have been in service. I chose to shop local and support a small business. I will not let you bully me or defame my character because I simply posted my experience with your business. If you don't want a negative review, treat your customers better. As you can also see from attached pics, Tim likes to private message his customers and name call.
