Starting with the hood and the chip repairs, I ended up having paint runs that while not visible with the hood closed, is not right. To go along with that there is overspray and unfinished blending that created a wrought area. They also managed to break my hood latch. Then we move to the driver side rear door repair. While the scratches have been taken care of, the finish is so flat that the doors do not even match. Instead of removing the lower door trim all the way, they bent it up and is not riveted in place instead of the smooth clip/glue on it was from the factory. Then we come to the rest of the car. I now have scratches and divots in the plastic of the rear bumper. Scratches down the passenger's side of the car and on the passenger's mirror, along with red scuff marks. There were no scratches before I took my car here, and the fact that it's on the opposite side from the repair area displeases me very much. I picked the car up on a friday, and took it back immediately on the following monday. At that point the owner acknowledged all of these issues and informed me he would take care of it. He informed me he would not be able to get the car back in until the next week. I took the car back to drop it off today, and immediately was accused by the owners wife of all of the scratches being caused by me during the week they could not get the car back in. We will wait and see if the car gets fixed, but at this point all I can think is never again. My advice to anyone who needs work done don't be fooled by the lower price quote, it is not worth it. All of the employee's i've had to deal with seem to have a unexplained dislike of German/European cars, and having to work on them. (had to hear several times about how terrible it was to work on a SAAB they had in the shop, and how difficult it would be to find replacement parts for my Audi that they broke) Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!

I knew of an old family friend nearby, but I also knew that it would be a while before we got our car back, so I started searching the Internet locally and found Precision Collision in Westfield. Impressed by their website and the looks of their shop, I figured they had to be doing something right. I was even more impressed when the Geico damage inspector in Stevens Point knew this fellow by name and said, "oh, yeah, they do great work!". SInce the Sequoia is my wife's car, I was worried about a loaner car as well. Our vehicle was scheduled for work on a specific day, my wife was given a very nice late model VW as a loaner and we were told when the car would be ready. And it was ready, exactly when we were told it would be. And it was done beautifully, and the price was exactly as quoted. All OEM parts were used whenever possible as well. You can't ask for much more than that. Highly recommended.

When the repairs were complete, minus a pair of nameplates that were on back order, Tim had us pick up the car and we returned later in the week for a few minutes to have the badges installed...we were very excited to return the rental and get our new car back, and the Lynch Auto team made sure it was in a timely manner.
