Germs and too much going around. A lot of the seating is roomy so I can stretch. Plenty of working outlets and work spaces!! The gate agents are so nice . I wish I got there names. They upgraded me at no additional price!. Being nice and friendly goes along way!! My flight was smooth. The seats are comfy!! No issues on my flight! Good snacks! But both of my flights leaving DFW this weekend were delayed due to mechanical issues with the planes. So I ended up paying more and arrived late. I missed an appointment in my destination city due to the first delay. On the first flight a rowdy group of college kids were bothering everyone but they would not quiet down even after being asked by other passengers. The flight crew didn't care and didn't do anyhting so these self-absorbed kids were treating the plane like their own private party bus. It's one thing to be inconsiderate of other people around you, but it's entirely different when you choose to be an asshole. The gate for my second flight abruptly changed and I was not notified by the airline. I was waiting at what I thought was my gate and only noticed the change when a different flight was suddenly assigned to this gate. I had to go from B terminal to C terminal in a hurry because my flight started boarding in a few minutes. When I got to the new gate the agent did not care about line procedure so he was like "ok everyone in groups 1-3 line up" and then it was a mad scramble with people complaining that people in group 3 were getting ahead of people in group 1 and other people not caring because the agent said everyone in the three groups could line up. Then the agent did the same thing for groups 4-6. Then we just sat at the gate for another half hour with no explanation before finally taking off.

As of this post there are 3 commercial flights between Waco and Dallas that cover a distance of 90 miles, and 50 minutes via American Eagle. The flights tend to be booked as American Eagle are normally staffed / managed by 3rd parties. Because of various reasons the outsourcing of these flights can result in delays. I some times question if it's easier to drive or fly between Dallas and Waco, or potentially fly into Austin. But if flying it's an easy commute flight if the connections make sense. I have flown into Waco several times and have never had a bad experience at this facility.

In which I feel is enough to write a pretty valid review Each time was a unique experience. 1st time was delayed boarding by 15 minutes on a RT from Dallas to ATL. Not a big deal so I rolled with it.I did happen to catch a young man pleasuring himself on the plane. Awkward. 2nd time my partner and I flew to Atlanta and sat on the plane after landing for 1.5hrs due to limited gate availability. I know this because I call the ATL customer service line to find out what was the issue. I was told that spirit didn't have the real estate. Meaning they purchase so many gates at a particular airport and if they are occupied when a plane arrives. The plane is required to wait on the tarmac until one becomes available. Crazy! 3rd flight was RT for 2 people $600 to Orlando. Delayed boarding about 15 minutes but no issues. 4th R/T flight I flew to Orlando from arrive late to the gate by departure time thinking they would be late as usual but not that day. They closed the door early and wouldn't allow me to board. That was definitely my fault for not checking the hours of operation for TSA Precheck and Clear. I totally assumed they all worked the same hours. And I assumed spirit was operating on its normal delayed boarding time. They were nice enough to rebook my flight at no additional charge along with several others who had Similar issues with TSA. This fifth and final time is based on life or death. I work on aircraft for a living and I know the importance of fit form and function of the aircraft. Every aircraft must have structural integrity. And unfortunately this plane did not. As we prepared for landing I glanced at the wing and to my surprise I seen the damage. I couldn't believe any airline would risk potential lawsuits or safety in this day and age with so much technology around.Do they not have to follow protocol? Is public safety no longer concern when it comes to money? Do the FAA and other Consumer Safety organizations work or shall we just continue to be reactive society. Where we must lose innocent people before someone decides to do their job.
