I really like the ease of their website where you can select and see pricing up front instead of submitting a service online and some person taking 24hrs to respond and then giving pricing that changes a lot with no logic to it. One thing that turns me off about this limo service is they never answer their phone on the first call. I usually have to call back and when someone finally answers some guy is like always unfriendly and treats you like your call is annoying and disturbing him (not a good way to make a customer feel). Utilized this service on 10/26 at 5:15PM -Driver was late due to some traffic jam, they did call to tell me that which was nice but for him to be late was not cool as I paid a lot for that service to be on time. -The SUV stretch Limo was new looking and super duper nice with lights and was the best part of the ride.....:-) (i am smiling just thinking about it) -Driver was nice but not too helpful with helping my friend out the car as she had ridiculously high stilettos on. Final Review: I am on the fence on using this service again as the not answering the phone part barely ever is annoying and the unfriendly vibe that is given is not cool. Great limos but not so friendly customer service, hopefully they get better in that area as it would be a great service if they did.

Their manager Greg was quite cool in accommodating my whims, i got some refreshments for free. The lady driver was cheerful, i was even able to get some extra free time, because the concert we went for was delayed. I can't compare their perks to any others, but i liked the friendly attitude way more than vibes i got from others. Thanks.

This time around, I did considerably more research as my mom wasn't going to be handing over her credit card to pay for it. After collecting a half dozen quotes or so, I determined that Mercury Limousine was offering the most competitive rate. They were super easy to work with, and offer an online payment option should you wish to take advantage. It's a little complicated, but they're happy to walk you through it. The night of the event, I was ecstatic to see that they had upgraded us free of charge from a 10-passenger stretch to one of those stretch SUV types. Woo hoo! And the driver kept in constant touch all evening without me even having to ask - a HUGE plus as I wasn't riding in the limo, but arranging for the pick up of my guests. I wholeheartedly reccomend Mercury Limousine for any of your events - they're priced right, courteous, professional, and most importantly... dependable!

We first dealt with another limo company that dicked us around for a week by not responding to our emails (um, seriously? WE'RE TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY. AT LEAST SEND US A RESPONSE), until my fiancé found Mercury Limousine. Their rates were affordable, we could order online, the driver was polite (and a few minutes early picking us up! Nice!), and, like Jelena, we also got a free upgrade to a big fancy SUV limo! We felt pretty baller sipping on our bottle of champagne on the way to the reception. If you're in need of a limo in the Naperville area, I definitely recommend Mercury.

They are always friendly when I call plus all employees say they are on time & courteous in service. It's super easy to book through their website or to call and book. I would recommend Your Private Limo to other businesses looking to setup an easy pickup/dropoff service for employees!

A ride to the airport is as far as I would go with them. 1. Specifically instructed them to have the limo driver contact me upon arrival. Did not happen and ended up waiting 30 minutes and had my parents dropped off by another limo company because I couldnt find the limo driver. Response from the owner "I apologize that the chauffeur didn't contact you when initially on-site. I can assure you he had arrived on time and was on-site; a quick call to the office versus 30 minutes of finding alternative transportation would have easily confirmed the location of the chauffeur for your parents." Of course I called twice! but who the heck wants to leave messages on a machine the morning of their wedding! Plus why should I have to call? I gave specific instructions to have the limo driver contact me UPON ARRIVAL. 2. Had specific instructions to have the limo decorated during our departure from the wedding with a just married sign, rose petals, red carpet and bottle of champagne. Once again they only made it half way. Red carpet laid down and champagne but no signs or rose petals on the car as requested! 3. Saw 2 transactions on my credit card statement and am still waiting for details of what the 2 charges are for. Will update when I hear back. Overall, I wouldnt recommend yourprivatelimo to anyone. The only reason I actually gave them a chance was because Tracey (owner) stated that YPL had a reputation for a high level or service and safety and I believed her. Hopefully you wont be fooled. I suggest checking out Empire Limo they actually ended up fixing YPL's morning mistake and had a limo onsite to take my parents to the wedding!
