All gutters are secured well. It will also be nice to not worry about the gutters flying off in a storm. I'm a little disappointed with a couple of the downspouts, though. I was hoping that a professional gutter specialist would be about to hug the wall better than what was already there. For example, the front downspout, is crooked in the middle and the opening does not face toward the street but rather inward. The back downspout has a big gap. When asked, Angi quickly sent a lengthy reply why they could not improve on the original installation and recommended I use downspout extensions for drainage. I accept that I should have been more thorough with my questioning. So, If you use this company for a replacement project, remember to clearly state any improvements you expect up front and do not expect them to improve on any of the flaws in the original gutters.

I enjoyed talking to her and I received a fair quote. I did shop around after receiving my initial quote from them. While there were a few others that came in a little lower on the price and one that was overpriced, I came back to Tropical Gutter Pros because of their level of customer service, communication, full explanation/itemized invoice and warranty on parts/labor. I was in the process of getting my roof replaced so we scheduled the installation a couple weeks out. They came out today(5/28/24) and got the job done fast and efficiently. The guys were friendly and professional. I appreciate the level of service I received from beginning to end. Thanks again, Angi and everyone at Tropical Gutter Pros!

We were going to have our handyman from Atlanta come to do the work, because we had heard that it was really hard to find help to get projects like this done at a reasonable cost. We felt so lucky to have found the talented team at Honey Done! Patti set up both the initial appointment and the work appointments after we gave her a detailed list of what we needed done. A few days later, Dave came and talked to us about the job, and we gave him a detailed list of what needed to be done. About a week later, John and Kevin came to complete the work, and they were extremely polite, professional and hard working. We had mostly existing lighting that we replaced, including a brand new light fixture hung in the hallway, a chandelier hung in the front office, a light fixture hung in the dining room, three large pendant lights hung over the kitchen island, two outdoor lights hung, a Ring doorbell installed, a new kitchen faucet installed, new handle pulls installed in both our master and guest bathroom, sealing and caulking done in the garage. They did an absolutely excellent job on everything. We will recommend Honey Done to all of our neighbors and anybody else who asks. The pricing was extremely reasonable, the people working there were very professional, and the work was done to the highest standard. Several plants weren't properly installed--some were barely buried or just sitting on compacted soil under the weed fabric. I had to replant them myself. They extended a bed beyond my property line without asking, broke irrigation lines (which I had to find and report), and didn't water in the new plants. The sod they laid was mostly to fix my neighbor's yard after their mistake. I didn't want a confrontation--I wanted a job well done. But looking at their replies to other critical reviews, there's a clear pattern: no accountability, just excuses and personal attacks. You can make your own judgment from that. I could add more detail, but I just want people to be aware of the poor workmanship. The job looked fine in photos but failed under basic inspection. I gave them a chance to fix it--they didn't.
