I needed the heavy/deep cleaning done. I was very specific when I sent out a Yelp request that I needed the inside refrigerator done, windows done, inside of stove cleaned, and a "deep cleaning" I needed somebody for a heavy duty deep clean and was hoping for a monthly relationship. I will say Liz and her husband showed up early and began to work. I work from home so I let her know that when she was ready to come into my office let me know and I took the dogs outside and put them in their crate. They were here for a total of two hours, and they started to pack up. At that point, I started to walk around and look at things. The inside of my kitchen sink had not been cleaned, not a single one of the three spare bedrooms had been vacuumed, the dining room table had not been cleaned, there is a flower vase on a black cork protector, that had not been picked up or wiped as I saw debris on it, and the windows and the door in my bedroom were not cleaned. Since these were things I immediately noticed I pointed them out to her and she called her husband back in and did these items. I went around AFTER I paid them and they left, and took the photos I attached. When you request a DEEP clean you would expect the items get done. I posted photos of items, with descriptions of what they are, but I will also point out here what was not done -top of coffee pot had hair and dirt -coffee spills still on counter -towel my cats sit on on my desk was not shaken off (cats eat up here in office and should have been shaken off and debris then vacuumed off of floor. -tub in master bath not cleaned -microwave key pad not cleaned -door frames not wiped down or cleaned -inside fridge not cleaned -one of spare bedrooms not vacuumed -shelf that is open with dishes on it in kitchen not even wiped around open areas - inside of stove not cleaned -chairs in bedroom and coffee nook area covers (which are just blankets) not vacuumed or even taken off and shook off to remove dirt / debris etc -Top of washer and dryer in laundry room not cleaned -windows to interior doors not done -windowsills not wiped down -inside of refrigerator doors and handles not cleaned And this is just what I am able to take photos of. I wonder if the laundry room was even mopped? I am not sure, but this was a huge let down.

I rarely write reviews but I have to put this out there. Erika and her team has been with me for…read moreabout 3 years now. They manage 5 short term rentals for me along with a number of long term move out or post construction cleans. I literally cannot give them enough credit for helping me with the cleaning side of my business, especially since I am 3k miles away. I have a 95% 5 star cleaning rating over the last 3 years (VERY hard to do in the STR business), thoughtful touches like sanitary seal on toilets, and most importantly her team ALWAYS show up on time and finish ahead of schedule. What sets this team apart over other cleaners I've used over the years is how trains her team is that the owner is personally involved. I've seen different cleaners come and go for my units, but they've all consistently delivered the same quality and timely results. That's not easy to do with cleaner turnovers and I appreciate Erika's documented training process. If something is not right, she always offers to send someone back to correct and make it right for my guests, which fortunately are few and far in between. Lastly, she's also been great helping me with some simple maintenance items, like battery/air filter change, and alert me when I need to restock on certain consumable items along with documenting damages. Really a true all-in-one stop I need for day to day operations. I've personally recommend them to a number of other hosts in the area so consider this my public endorsement, you can't go wrong with Aqua Jax.
